Sterleen Bryson went above and beyond the call of duty to move us during our vacation stay. The Bryson's always give excellent service to their customers. We have rented from them repeatedly and have always had great stays. This vacation was our first with a problem, but Sterleen was right there with us and gave us great service! Our original beautiful rental had an issue that couldn't be resolved (in the middle of the night), but Sterleen quickly checked and found a replacement for us and even helped us move! It was a difficult situation but Sterleen was so professional, kind, and patient through our ordeal. This unit she moved us to was nice in that it was all on the same level and had a deck directly on the oceanfront. It was a less expensive rental, but was sufficient for our needs. It was quiet at the time of year we were there, and it was as if we had the entire beach to ourselves. Our eldest daughter liked the front deck. Downstairs where you park there are tiles that are tricky to walk on. I wouldn't recommend this unit for anyone who has trouble walking, and likely to trip. The unit also didn't have enough cable televisions for our crew, but this is a minor issue with everything considered. Everything was in working order and although the unit could use some updating, it was clean. We were especially appreciative of Sterleen, always have been and will continue to rent through Bryson's. They are wonderful!
