We had a wonderful time at your place for our anniversary! 8/18/12 We would love to go back next year if we can. Everything was well stocked & very clean. Loved being able to just look outside @ the beach & hearing it at night. Hope to go back next year!

We wanted to go to the beach for a few days, rather than a week, in high season. One cannot rent most condos for less than a week, but after reading great reviews on Trip advisor about Bryson Realty, I called to ask if we could come for two nights. The realtor, Zelda, was just outstanding. She helped me find a unit which would work for us, recommended the nicest complex and unit, and told me to call back five days in advance to see if if was available. I needed to keep checking with a friend to see if she could come with me, and Zelda was extremely kind to me and patient while I finalized the plans.
The condo was spotless, comfortable and the views were outstanding. Steps from the beach with a walkway right next to our building and covered parking. Full kitchen, two flat screen TVS and a large deck (without much shade or overhang, though). The beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice.
We loved Topsail Beach. Very very quiet even in high season. Loads of open space on the beach--no crowds. And we found a superb restaurant also called Just Baked. Gourmet food at the beach. Who knew??
My only recommendation is to make sure to bring your own towels, dish towels, paper goods, soap, tp and dish detergent. None of those are provided, although Food Lion is a very quick drive from the condo. I am ready to go back immediately.
Oh, and the back bedroom has a view of the intercoastal waterway where you can watch the sunset every evening. -

We were very happy staying at Queens Grant, the place was very clean and very comfortable. Everything that we needed was all included in the place. We would come back to Queens Grant every time we vacation at Top Sail . we give it a complete top rate... and have in fact recommended it to our friends...

My husband and I have been coming to Topsail since the 1980s. We have dealt exclusively with Bryson Realty. Now that our children are grown, rather than renting large houses with lots of relatives, we come in the fall and stay at Queen's Grant. The weather is beautiful, the beach so peaceful and Unit F219 is so well outfitted and has a front row view of the ocean and street side balcony to enjoy the sunsets over the inland water way. We have begun coming for two weeks and love every minute of it!
