Lovely canal home with new dock and interior features. Most comfortable with easy ocean access, including handicap ramp to the beach. Dock your boat in the back and be ready to enjoy the water anytime. Internet access and expanded digital cable service. 2011 new retaining wall, deck & boardwalk. Downstairs bath remodeled.

We have been staying here for over 12 years. The house is great. We can't beat the price. From the gated porch & the "new floating" dock, we love it. The dock was a much needed improvement since we have 2 boats that stay during that week. We have 6 people that stay in the house & it works wonderfully. It is a family oriented home. The only thing we do wish we could change is the pet feature. Overall our experience has always been wonderful & relaxing. We hope to continue renting in the future. Thanks for the great memories we have created there.
