This is our favorite rental property on Topsail Island. We have 2 teenagers. The layout of the house is "Perfect". They have their own space and their own entrance on top floor. However; there is an open floor plan for when the family comes back together. Great space! Will have many fond memories of this place in our hearts forever. Many thanks to the owners for sharing this blessing w/others like us.
