Three bedrooms, country kitchen, dining area, 1.5 bath, enclosed outside shower, large screened porch for viewing breathtaking sunsets, ground floor home, at one of the best and safest beaches in the southeast.
Large pier with cleaning station, floating dock for boats and playing in the water. Two blocks from the ocean. Half mile from Topsail Inlet. Large family room with two futons and recliners.
The Sea Rooster is our family home away from home. Continuously owned and well maintained by our family for over 40 years.

What a wonderful week we had at the Sea Rooster. We have been coming to Topsail for more than 10 years and this is the most comfortable place we've been yet. It was all that was advertised and more. From the floating dock to the screened-in porch, the comfortable beds to the spacious kitchen. We wanted for nothing. We hope that next year we will be able to work out coming to this house again.

We have stayed in this home for our beach week for several years now and we love it! The sunsets are gorgeous. Fishing is good. Not a bad walk to the beach. Still it has all the conveniences of home. You have cable TV, good wireless internet, strong signal on a Verizon cell phone, all the dishes and cooking pans you need and very comfortable furniture. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We will return again.
