Loved the SoHo Woodbine Studio we stayed at for the weekend. It was cozy, welcoming, and clean. In addition, it was very well priced and so close to everything in to. I would recommend it to anyone - feel free to message me for more details.

It all depends on what you`re looking for. I was looking for an affordable place, nice, clean, safe and secure, with public transportation close by as well as grocery stores, etc. It had it all (including laundry room and kitchen with all the essentials).
I was also looking for a place from which I could learn how Torontians live, and the Soho delivered!
The Soho has a pull-out bed, I was not sure what that meant , but I had already reserved for 2 weeks, so I tried it out: not very comfortable, but the owner, Joseph, brought an inflatable bed which allowed to sleep like a princess!
Joseph and Vicky were very nice and helpful. -

Fredericton, CanadaVery Nice apt. in a Great Location
Left on 09/02/2012 for a stay in August 2012
This is advertised as a condo but it's actually a house converted into separate apartments. It's very clean and comfortable and less than a 5 minute walk to the subway. The only thing I would have liked is a stove top to cook on. It has a microwave and induction grill that you can only cook on with the pans provided. I like to make Turkish coffee which requires a burner. Great value for the money.

Chester, UKLuxury, spacious condo great value with good access to downtown
Left on 08/10/2011 for a stay in July 2011
Loved this well presented and appointed, spacious, three bed, two bath condo with garage parking. The location is a few miles out from the centre of town but a bus every few minutes from outside the block takes you to Broadview streetcar/metro, from where it is but a few minutes to downtown attractions. Great value for money.

Austin TXGreat stay in Toronto
Left on 03/23/2011 for a stay in March 2011
I recently took my two oldest grandsons to Toronto over spring break. Although the weather in Toronto was not the best or worst, our stay at Joseph's condo in Central to was a bright spot on this trip. Although the condo is very close to Toronto's transit, Joseph provided a covered parking spot which was handy as we had a car during this visit.
The photos Joseph has on the website are very accurate. The kitchen, baths, laundry and the living areas were all fine. While we only had breakfast in the condo, everything we needed was there if we wished to cook. The three bedrooms were nice so we could each have our own space but one had no furniture but the bed. I have suggested to Joseph separate from this review that he add some basic furniture. Besides a few other suggestions to the owner I have to say this was a great place to stay during our trip.
I just want to also mention that due to flight delays (I hate aA), we arrived quite late. Joseph worked with us through our delays and made sure we were set up OK when we finally arrived at the condo at 2 am. This was not how it was supposed to work out but Joseph was very pleasant and responsive through every stage of the process. Although we did not meet during our trip to Toronto I look forward to renting this place another time and perhaps meet him in person!

We were very happy with our stay in Toronto at this property. It is just as beautiful as the photos. The apartment was a relaxing retreat after days spent exploring the city. It is centrally located and really only 10 minutes from the city.
Joseph was exceptional. He was very welcoming and helpful. There were a few extra surprises that we weren't even expecting. The local phone came in very handy, and although we did not use the gps, it was such a nice touch to have one available to guests.
Overall, a terrific value. Nice place!!

Hi Marjorie...thank you and your family for being our guests. I am glad that you pointed out how quick it is to the heart of the city. Most people think that they have to stay right downtown to enjoy Toronto.
As a traveler myself I know what I like and don't like so I try to bring that into the service at all times. Of course I'm always looking to improve our service and look forward to reviews from our guests. Sometimes it's such a small thing that I have overlooked that can make the guests stay even better. Afterall you are on vacation !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Come back anytime. !!!!!!!!!

Left on 03/11/2011 for a stay in March 2011
This condo was very very nice. It was decorated as shown in the pictures. Much better than staying in a hotel. We were hit by a snow storm driving in and Joseph had no problem with buzzing us in the secure building at 6:00a.m. The condo had juice and water waiting for us in the refrigerator which was a nice touch. The place was equipped with all of the necessities one would need to make for a very pleasant stay. We liked the fact that it was in a secure building needing a key to access and the location was great. It was only a 15 minute drive to the heart of the city. If you tried to stay downtown, I think you would be disappointed due to the volume of traffic and people. That is why this condo is in the perfect location. You can go downtown and see all that you want to see and drive back to the condo and not have to worry about where to park. There are also plenty of restaurants and stores within driving or walking distance from the condo. Joseph is so kind and patient and will answer any questions you may have. If we ever make it back to Toronto, we would most certainly stay here again.

First of all the pictures represent the property perfectly. Very spacious and just like they say much better than a hotel room. Although we only needed one bedroom we rented this condo because of price and even the location was excellent. Minutes to downtown once you jump on the Don Valley Parkway and when we didn't use the car the local public transportation was at the front door. We thought we moight have wanted to be right downtown but you wouldn't be able to get this for the same fair price. Excellent excellent service from the owner too.

Herndon, VA / Washington DCPerfect for family with kids!
Left on 08/28/2010 for a stay in August 2010
This condo rental was perfect for us! 3 BR & 2 full Ba provided room to separate the kids (ages 9, 7, & 3) and spread out. Decor was modern & fantastic -- I want a consultation for my home! Everyone loved the master bathroom's shower & tub. Joeseph, the owner, clearly put great effort into fixing up the condo. Beds were very comfortable, & bedding & towels were generously soft & cozy; definitely not standard hotel-grade. All of the appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven & cooktop) appeared relatively new & in fine working order -- we put them all to use.
Location was very convenient -- in the city, but not downtown site was ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing! Designated parking spot in the garage was very close to the building entrance. There's a bus stop right outside, but we drove to the nearest TTC subway station, ~10 minutes away. The drive took us through Greektown & right into a hopping part of town (too bad we were traveling with young kids!). From there, it was an easy subway ride to all of the tourist destinations. The condo was right down the street from the Science Centre. Also in close driving proximity were all of the stores we could've possibly needed & then some. Immediate neighborhood was rather ordinary looking, but lots of families and small groups of people were out walking on the sidewalks day and night; it felt quite safe.
Joseph was very easy to contact to set up the reservations & meeting up with to check-in. He was very personable, and we felt badly having to let him know that we found a water leak on the floor one of the bedrooms (we followed up with him after returning home & learned that it was due to a neighboring apartment & is being addressed). He clearly is dedicated to making the condo a warm, hospitable home away from home for his guests.Response from Joseph Sestito - 08/31/2010

Hi Michelle.....I always try to provide the best...I expect a good time when I'm on vacation and therefore try to make sure that it's a reality for guests visiting Toronto. I also appreciate guests that respect that the accommodations are not a hotel but a family home . I really enjoy helping families since it is difficult , especially with children to live out of a hotel room and suitcase during a vacation.
As always I encourage reviews to ensure that the next guest is as comfortable as you were and then some....Hope to see you and the family in the future.

New JerseyFurnished Hotel-Quality Condo Without Big-Chain Price Tag
Left on 06/20/2010 for a stay in June 2010
This whole rental/timeshare arrangement was very new to us, but after being shortchanged by the larger hotel chains for so many years and not having much to show for it (i.e., cramped living conditions and horrible customer service), we decided to try this alternative living arrangement. We are glad that we did. Joseph was extremely courteous and a real pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything to us in detail and reduced our anxiety during our deliberations. Once we got into the greater Toronto area, Joseph kept in touch through text messages and guided us to his condo, where he handed over the keys personally.
The initial walk-through was exactly as expected; no surprises here (just read the property description and look at the pictures posted). There was plenty of living space for our party of 4 adults + a 1.5-year-old. It was quite evident to us that Joseph went to extraordinary lengths to renovate his condo to give it a professional look and feel. An LCD TV, WiFi, and designated parking space were also extra perks.
We were extremely satisfied with our stay and believe that you will be too if you select this location. Just send Joseph an e-mail with any questions or concerns you may have. If you're going to be in the Toronto area, the condo is about 10-15 minutes from downtown, so you can get some peace and quiet after a full day of touring or shopping, and still be sufficiently close to everything. Our only regret was not taking a ride on the mass transit system, but for the more adventurous, Joseph indicated that a bus stopped right outside of the building. All this and more at a fraction of what it would have cost to book 2 separate hotel rooms for less service and less space... The math is pretty easy here. We would definitely come back if our travels take us to Toronto in the future. We hope that this helps you with your decision.Response from Joseph Sestito - 06/21/2010

Hi Reagan....Thank you for noticing what I am trying to do....I treat my guests the way I hope and expect to be treated when I take a vacation. You 're on vacation and you would expect a " no hassle " stay. Well that's what I shoot for in every reservation I book for my guests.
I also hope people arrive as strangers and leave as friends...we can do this because we're small enough to care.It was great to have you and your party stay at our condo. We hope to see you or your friends in the future.
