We have two Luxurious and spacious 1086 sq ft furnished Suites with Den (separate sleeping area) available for short term rental. They are perfect for visitors to Toronto! The bedrooms feature one queen size bed, one double bed in the second bedroom and a double bed in the den . We have a childs bed if neccessary. "My Urban Oasis" is tastefully furnished and takes travel and comfort to another level with the added convenience of ensuite laundry, kitchen, bath & bed linens, dining and cook ware, and more.

My urbn oasis is a fantastic little appartment 10-15mins from the CN tower and the very heart of toronto. Whilst located in the city, once inside, its like home away from home. All you need is there, its clean, modern, has private free parking,and 6 of us comfortably stayed and had a great time. There is a grocery store right accross the road so you dont have to drive to get your groceries. I never write reviews but can confidently recomend this apartment to anyone.

This condo was difficult to find initially, located in a storefront with a small sign on the front door. Needed better instructions for arrival, keys, and parking etc. There was only one window air conditioner in the kitchen, the place was too hot for sleeping in July!! Two towels for three guests. Fairly clean. Nice to have a parking spot right below the unit. In the end, with additional cleaning charges, taxes, fees for using credit card, the value isn't there.

Thank you for staying with us July 19,2011. It is so important to me as a vacation rental owner to provide quality accommodations. The apartment is really not diffiult to find. It is not in a store front but the units are in a three storey building with a retail shop below which we intend to make another apartment. It is clearly marked as well as the address is clearly marked on the door. It is unfortunate and I sympathize for not having the airconditioner in the bedroom. We are in transition of installing a central system in the suites and the extreme heat wave we had the week you stayed was very unusual for our weather. In normal circumstances the tower and ceiling fans would have worked well. I put a window airconditioning unit in the bedroom as I realized on my own that the conditions were too hot. The new system will be installed in the next few weeks.
I provide very clear instructions for the keys in our confirmation letter but I will provide parking instructions in the future. Thank you for addressing this.
We put two towels behind the bathroom door and the rest of the towels along with extra toilet paper is in the cupboard behind the door. Feel free to look in cupboards! The guests always have my contact number I could have told you that if you called but I did not hear from you. I would have also listened to your request regarding the heat and would have had the window aircontioniner put in for you.
We have a standard cleaning fee which is normal in our industry and the fees you mentioned for the credit card are not my fees but you are refering to the currency exchange that the credit card charges you.

Sandy was very easy to deal with. We stayed for an extended period of time while our home was under renovation and loved it. I found Sandy to be very responsive to our needs. The location, although not right downtown, is very convenient - 1 short 7 minute bus trip to the beaches area, 30 second walk to the subway system, 15 minute subway ride downtown. The outdoor patio is nice and very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay in the Oasis Suite very much. It was clean, well maintained and comfortable, right across the street from the subway, and although right on the Danforth it was very quiet. Sandy was very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly recommend the suite to others.

So many things are not as advertised - how refreshing to find an understated place that seemed to have thought about our needs. My wife was apprehensive since she had not seen the web pictures, so entering the apartment was a nice surprise for her.

This was our first trip to Toronto and found Sandy very easy to work with. Her apartment is conveniently located, although on a busy street which leaves the main bedroom noisy. Using the static noise machine in the room did the trick and we slept just fine. We would definitely consider renting here again!
