I stayed at 1 cole for 10 days in the summer of July 2013. It is well located within 10 minute walking distance to eaton centre, 20mins from the financial district. The apartment was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Check in/check out were prompt. Sam was very accomodating of any requests I had and was very prompt in responding to any questions/concerns I had before and during my stay. I would highly reccomend staying with Distint Residences.

Check in was painless. The amazing view hits you as soon as you open the door to the nicely appointed condo with full kitchen (with a grocer right across the street, we utilized the kitchen a lot). The location was absolutely perfect. You get one parking space and in and out privileges but you really never need to use your vehicle as everything you need is within walking distance. There is a grocer across the street, a bar and grill in the bottom floor of the building that was just ready to open as we were leaving, a movie theater nearby and countless eateries and watering holes along the King St./Spadina corridor. Not to mention the usual tourist traps such as Chinatown, CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Harbourfront (including the ferries that take you to the Toronto Islands), Hockey Hall of Fame and many more. If your destination is beyond walking distance then just walk down to the Shoppers Drug Mart and pick up a TTC Daypass then start hopping streetcars (there is a stop right outside the condo complex). Did I mention the amazing view? A glass of wine on the balcony was greatall and all, a great stay in a very nice place (the price was excellent considering we used to stay in a chain motel up the street in Chinatown for the same price). We will definitely stay here again and again for our future visits to Toronto and will recommend to everybody!

This is a lovely condo suite in a great building, with really good amenities. It's in a fantastic location, close to transport and walking distance from much of downtown Toronto and the lake. The suite has everything you need, even if you're staying for weeks rather than days. Booking was easy and I found everyone to be very helpful. I loved my stay there and would stay there again.

Hi, I would highly recommend this suite for anyone arriving in Toronto. It is in a central location, has an awesome view and is very comfortably furnished. We were met at the door even though our flight had been delayed by 2 hours. Sam was very helpful throughout our stay and even offered to recommend restaurants and bars in the area. A great stay - Thanks!

The apartment is located on the 19th floor and has a perfect view on the CNN tower and surroundings. The amenities in the building are also excellent, the pool, the jacuzzi's, the gyms etc. Sam is very helpful and friendly, and so is Rhonda, the cleaner!
