Fisrt of all I saw myself in the feets of CN Tower, what brought to me all city of Toronto View. Very warm and confortable, but inviting us to go out and know the city. Has everything u want in Toronto: night life, theater, bars, veeery good beers, and believe or not Nature. Niagara is beautifull and nice golf fields to enjoy and play. We went to winery to taste the wonderfull Ice Wine. Love Toronto and our place there, close of everything on foot.

We stayed at this property for 8 nights in early March, 2013. Shannon from Zinnia Properties was very professional and helpful. The check-in and check-out were really fast and easy, the apartment was just as described, everything was in place and great. The location of this property is the best!! We will go back next year for sure. Thank you Shannon and Gerard for being so nice, it was a pleasure dealing with you!!!

Left on 02/17/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We were in Toronto for 3 months and stayed here in the middle of winter. Underground parking was a real plus and the condo was comfortable even on the coldest days. The furnishings and kitchen tools were complete and in good shape. The apartment was quiet but still convenient to the elevators. The south-facing windows had great views of CN tower and kept the rooms light-filled. Shannon was a perfect host, charming, friendly and always there when you needed her but never intrusive.
Stay here when you visit Toronto! It's a great place to be, close to everything, 1 block from a dog park (she takes dogs) and 1 block from the Red Rocket trolly line.
We had no complaints and would stay here again in a minute! -

Left on 09/06/2012 for a stay in August 2012
My family and I stayed in this condo complex for 2.5 weeks in august 2012. It was very centrally located and very quiet. We were a short walk away from either the metro or the streetcars and a lot of different restaurants, sights and sounds. (CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, Rogers Centre etc).
The only slight disappointment with the rental had nothing to do with the condo itself but the fact that the listed "pool" was very, very small (looked more like a large whirlpool). So we went to the beaches area of toronto instead.
Check in and check out went very well without a hitch. Enjoyed the extra space this rental had to offer. We definitely will be back!
Thank you Shannon.
Sincerely,
Michele Linthorne & Family

It was our pleasure Michele! So glad to hear you enjoyed our suite and Toronto. The lap pool is a fit for training swimmers interested in laps, great that the beaches were an easy hop away to satisfy. We can't wait to see you again next season.

New York CityChic and comfy in central Toronto
Left on 09/05/2012 for a stay in August 2012
Loved this little gem of an apartment in Toronto's Entertainment district, steps away from Second City, Rodgers Centre, tiff, theaters and the CN Tower. Shannon Jones and her team from Zinnia were gracious and helpful to two slightly disoriented New Yorkers. Service was exemplary, and the amenities -- gym, pool, sauna, laundry, kitchen set-up -- are all top-drawer. The apartment itself actually is better in real life than it looks on the screen -- and it looks terrific on the website. We've had problems with apartment rentals in other places, but not here, and despite a little confusion at check in (the informational emails need to be tweaked a bit, we found), we'd cheerfully book again, here or with other Zinnia properties. We suggest you do the same!

The moment you walk in the space, you're immediately in ahh. Better than expected. I instantly felt at home. Everything was spotless. WiFi connection great. The CN Tower view thru your balcony cannot be beat. Amenities includes the gym, pool and a patio that is available for bbq cookout. Having a washer and dryer in suite was a great thing. I was apprehensive with the location before I booked it but it turned out that the place was very accessible and a quiet neighborhood. If you are feeling adventurous Bixi stations are a block away. Tiff is a few blocks away as well as the St. Andrews station. Restaurants a stroll away.
I had the pleasure of meeting Shannon and althea. The staff was very accommodating. I wanted to extend but unfortunately the place was a hot commodity. Will definitely recommend the property.Response from shannon leigh jones - 08/05/2012

Myself and three others stayed at this apartment in Toronto for 6 days and it was awesome! Even before I landed in the city I felt comfortable because there was always communication with the owner. There was someone to pick us up from the airport, who I was informed about in advance, and she told us great things about sites to see. From that moment I honestly felt safe enough with this company to travel alone in the future.
The location was excellent as we were able to walk to the convention center daily within 5 minutes, as well as to the corner grocery store or a few blocks up for dinner and shopping. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything! We needed nothing. I'm especially glad we didn't pay $600 like my friend did while staying at a hotel, and had hardly no amenities.
I am so glad to have found Zinnia properties, as were my colleagues, and each of us are definitely willing to rent from them again. We had such a great time. Many thanks to Shannon, Althea and Mario for your warm hospitality. You have set a high standard for customer service better than any fancy hotel I have stayed in. I would like to visit again next year!

We stayed in this property for 6 weeks in Dec 2011/Jan 2012 and Shannon was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Our flight to Toronto was delayed by 2 days and still she managed to meet us at the property to welcome us to Toronto at nearly midnight! Location and amenities nearby were superb. A couple of small issues were sorted out immediately and communication was always fantastic. In fact, she couldn't do enough for us! Concierge were lovely and it was very handy to be able to rent undercroft parking for the time we spent there. Would definitely stay there again! Lansdell Family, Perth, Australia

This was our fourth or fifth Vrbo rentral, and we continue to enjoy the opportunities presented for urban visits. The condo was located a short walk from a large number of restaurants, walking distance to shopping and the path underground in the Financial District.
The condo itself is on the 11th floor, with a view of the CT. Parking is under the condo (fifth floor down!), accessed from the alley, so that you can take an elevator from parking directly to your floor. The kitchen is set up conveniently for cooking and serving, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. I would not, however, recommend this condo for families with small children, because of the balcony.
The bedroom has a queen bed. The washer and dryer were just what we needed. There was security on duty every time we went through the lobby, and two sets of locked doors between the street and the elevator, providing a secure building. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we walked through it all hours of the day and night.
This condo uses a "greeter" system, which we had not had before. We did not like this system, although some people would be very happy with it, so please keep in mind that when we mention this, it is a personal preference. The greeter met us, took us up to the condo, explained the location, etc. Then, when we were ready to leave Toronto, we had a greeter set up to meet with us. This system means that you must set a time to meet the greeter, and we prefer to set our own times for departure and arrival. If this system appeals to you, then you will be even happier than we were with the condo. Our greeter for our departure was delayed because of the Toronto marathon, while we had hoped to leave town before it impacted the traffic, and we did end up getting out of town a couple of hours later than we hoped. This is our only reason for four stars instead of five for the stay.

Looking for location? It's here. For comfort? Got it. For space? Great. For amenity? Ditto. Ditto. Ditto.
250 Wellington was the ideal base for the mix of both business and pleasure for which we were in Toronto. With kitchen and laundry you could be as domestic as you liked, or simply ignore them and walk downstairs to sample the local attractions. The place was spotless and well equipped - right down to free wireless internet and good cable TV offerings.
Not an easy walk from Union with luggage - so think of a cab. With two people it costs about the same as the subway.
Oh - did we mention that Second City s right outside the back door? And that our greeter, Shannon-Leigh couldn't have been more helpful? -

Left on 09/21/2011 for a stay in September 2011
My husband and I stayed here during tiff 2011 for 6 days, and had a great time. The location was perfect! We walked to almost every theater in 20 minutes or less. It was quiet, clean, and having the extra space every day made it feel more like home, and less like living out of a suitcase. Great security in the building with key fabs at every entrance - though we never once felt unsafe, even at night.
Only (slight) negative is the check-out procedure. We had to wait for our greeter to come to the property and take our keys, instead of just locking them in the room. Greeter was 15 minutes late, and we had to wait.
Overall highly recommend this location - we can't wait to come back! -

We had a wonderful week in Toronto staying here. The condo was nicely furnished and included everything - even two umbrellas for the few rainey days we had. They also had all the spices and coffee you could use so it was nice not to have to run out the first day to obtain these. The location was wonderful - we watched the CN Tower change colors every night and took advantage of all the theaters within walking distance. We jumped on subways and streetcars and became pros at mass transit. Now we are back watching the cows along our fence line out in the country thinking about the big city skyscrapers lit up at night under a full moon. P.S. The full moon was right next to the CN tower last week -devineQ

This was a very comfortable well equipped apartment. It was close to the convention center for the meetings. I would highly recommend renting this apartment. The only downside is that the condo being built to the south will eventually block out the lake view but that is life in downtown Toronto.

From the moment you meet your wonderful greeter right through to check out, this place is value for money, peaceful and central to everything. Why not take a 10 min walk to the whistle stop brewery, and on your return go to CN tower.. Take in a baseball game, cruise the lake or just step out your door to all the restaurants... We loved it..

Left on 06/18/2011 for a stay in May 2011
This cozy 'condo' in central Toronto was the perfect location for walking or catching public transport to all of the city's key attractions. The well equipped kitchen meant we could prepare meals and the spacious bedroom was very comfortable. A 'pulldown' or murphy bed, though not in a separate bedroom, also provided extra guest space - in our case for my mother who shared the apartment with us for five nights. The bathroom was a little small for 3 sharing and could do with an update, but quite adequate for two. The washer/dryer was also handy as we were in Canada for more than 3 weeks.
The building was very secure and also quiet at night.
This condo has a superb view of the CN tower, is located on a reasonably quiet street and within walking distance of downtown restaurants, harbour, great shopping etc. The free wi-fi and internet was great to keep in touch with family and friends. Local phone calls were also included, together with a lovely bottle of red wine!
The only downside during our stay was a nearby construction site - unfortunately this made relaxing on the balcony or opening the windows very noisy. However, with so much to do in Toronto - we were rarely there in the daytime anyway and the double glazed windows kept most of the noise out.
Property manager,Shannon-Leigh provided superb service from the time we booked online, on arrival and throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.Response from shannon leigh jones - 06/18/2011

From the moment of check-in, we knew we'd love this apartment! Though true to all the website had promised, it was even better! This was a beautiful apartment - classically furnished, comfortable and cosy, functional kitchen, superb view, secure and so close to restaurants and theatres on King St. We had free wireless internet and a printer/scanner too. As visitors, it was pleasing to have so many tourist and travel brochures available in our apartment, as well as menus from nearby cafes and restaurants. We were out and about every day and appreciated the closeness to shopping and transport. The subway was only a few blocks away, but taxis and trams ran constantly on King St. We tended to walk to most things in the local vicinity - even the Eaton Centre was a close 20 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment truly became 'home' for our stay and it is somewhere I look forward to returning on my next visit to Toronto!

We loved the apartment. It was beautifully furnished, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts were so helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We had to delay our check in date due to a flight cancellation and Shannon Leigh was really accommodating with the last minute change in plans. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment. This was a great hotel alternative for a few nights on a working trip. Great location near Entertainment District and downtown core, decent kitchen, very comfortable bed. No wifi for my whole stay, but this wasn't the apt's fault and they did their best to try to fix it.
The second (Murphy) bed is behind the dining table and is very impractical to use, so this is not a good option for a family that wanted to use both beds. However, for a couple or single traveller, it's definitely a good choice.Response from shannon leigh jones - 04/26/2011

We spent 5 days here and loved every minute. Wonderful view from our 11th-floor balcony or our bed of Rogers Centre dome and CN Tower with its night light display augmented by a full moon. Good base for wandering Queen West, Kensington Market, St. Lawrence Market, Harbourfront etc. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We had intended to stay at a hotel, but for about the same money we got this coolly decorated condo that came well equipped for eating in and entertaining. Only drawback was that it overlooked a large power grid beside the CBC and there seems to be construction underway that may block the view of the lake and islands. Hosts kindly extended early check-in and late check-out to coincide with our Porter flights at Toronto Island airport. We have environmental/chemical sensitivities but there were no problems (we just stayed away from the indoor chlorinated pool on the rooftop).

We had a very enjoyable visit in Toronto, thanks greatly to the location of this condo. We parked the car underground for the weekend (for a nominal fee) and walked everywhere. We were greetly warmly and professionally at the appointed hour and escorted to the unit. All our questions were answered and the vacation began! It was as shown on the website...perhaps even better than expected. I hadn't realized it was on the 11th floor and the views were great. Our only regret was the lack of a kingsize bed. Otherwise the unit was well outfitted and we had all we needed. This is a definite winner! We shall return.

If you're looking for a strategic location, this is excellent. All the major attractions, restaurants, clubs, downtown neighboorhoods are within walking distance. Building is quiet and not complicated to get to or in/out off. Everything looks pristine. Perfect if you're going solo or for a couple. The mgmt staff is very eager to help and very nice to deal with (thanks so much Shannon-Leigh and althea!!!). Place has everything you need (except detergent for the laundry and dishwasher).

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment in conveniently located building. Enjoyed using the building's fitness room and landlord's high speed free wireless.

CalgaryHigh quality at a very reasonable price!

I was a little hesitant of the accommodations we were booking due to some limited pictures however, upon getting to the suite my spouse and I were very surprised. Perfect location (walking distance to everything you want to see in T.O.), great views, use of all of the complexes amenities including the rooftop patio/BBQ, good size/space, and most importantly all at an excellent price!! Would, and already have, recommend this to others.

Great value! You really get comfortable, nicely furnished and a very secured condo downtown. A solid 4 star accommodation, in my opinion. Complementary French wine and soft drinks were a good surprise.

I just wanted to thank you for my recent stay. Your condo is absolutely beautiful and made for a pleasant stay. I had a chance to start my short but busy three days with a morning swim! The location was perfect as everything was near by and as this trip was solo, I found the area quite safe! I just wish I had more time to enjoy the inviting cityscape of Toronto! There's always a next time now I know exactly where to stay!

ChicagoOutstanding Condo and Location
Left on 04/14/2010 for a stay in April 2010
I was in Toronto April 4 – 13/10 and stayed at this
condo. The building is perfectly located in city.
It is a few steps from the main features of
downtown Toronto (sports, nightlife, etc.) and in
close vicinity to the major business area of the
city (which was the purpose of my trip). Public
transit and taxi’s were easily accessible since I
did not have a car. The condo was well maintained
and nicely decorated with what seemed to be new
furniture and fixtures. I had no issues during my
stay. There was an abundance of restaurants (fine
dining & quick meals). There were also a plethora
of pubs and bars within walking distance. I will be
back in July and will hopefully be able to get this
location again since it would be a great summer
location. I have stayed in a couple of locations in
Toronto and most have been large condo communities
(like City Place) which makes getting to a nice
restaurant more of an adventure after a long day.
The other advantage of this location is that it is
very safe and quiet because it is on a one way
street that is not busy at night, so I actually
slept with a window open in a big city! Shocking, I
know! I would highly recommend this location and
would rent again. -

San DiegoExcellent place to unwind
Left on 04/01/2010 for a stay in March 2010
I've been to Toronto before and this stay was particularly great. This condo is in the perfect location. It is in the core of the city, surrounded by all the major hotels and convenient to all the attractions. I was very comfortable. Classy building catering to professionals. I felt like I was at home. Modern and elegant decor. Great size, living space and complete kitchen. The place is very clean. Everything was handled very professionally. Appreciated internet and phone usage at no charge. If I come back to Toronto I would definitely stay here again!
