Please Note: Standard Base Suite Rates have been provided above. Rates may vary based on availability, number in your group, time of booking and length of stay. We have a minimum three (3) night stay. Flexible stay means that monthly stays are not necessarily from the 1st to the 30th. Stays of over 30 days are exempt from 13% taxes. Standard rates apply to 1 to 2 guests per one-bedroom suite, or 1 to 3 guests per two-bedroom suite or 1 to 4 guests per three-bedroom suite. A charge of $10.00 per night applies to each and every additional guest.
Pull-out beds / cots are available for no additional charge. Optional Weekly Housekeeping is available for Monthly and Long Term stays.

This was a great vacation apartment. I would definitely recommend this property to stay. It was clean and everything that was needed for sleeping, cooking etc. was provided. The location was perfect.
I would definitely rent there again, and all of my family and friends who came to visit during the week (we had a wedding in Toronto), couldn't believe we found this on-line.
The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with. Klaus & Violeta - well done!

This is the perfect location for all areas. We visited Niagara, downtown Toronto, and family in Brampton and Pickering. We have already recommended you to family and friends. I am sure we will be back to stay again in the near future.

Amazing customer service. Property owners were very helpful with anything and everything imaginable. Even after I left, I had a few minor things I needed help with regarding banking and a package that I expected to receive.
The apartment was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. It was definitely a home away from home.

It was great to be able to find a furnished apartment close to downtown Toronto and in reasonable proximity to public transit and shopping facilities for a 2 week holiday stay. The proprietors provided friendly, timely and effective response to our various requests. Good parking, and access to major roadways and transportation hubs for out-of-town visitors.

Very impressed. The accomodation was clean and well presented. Everything was there that we need towels and bedding. Good access to local transport. The one thing that made the experience goosd was the owners. They were very helpful and accommodating. Took us to a supermarket and tour of where everything was. Would definately stay there again if we went back to canada.

The apartment was clean, but old. It has all basic stuff you need, but nothing extra. Location is good, if you want to spent time in Toronto you don't need a car, apartment is not far from the public transportation, close to lots of cafe and other cute places to eat plus 3 big grocery stores with 24 hours/7 days. As well is pretty close to Niagra Falls, but you have to have a car.

Klaus and Violeta are excellent hostesses, the 2 bedrooms apartment that we stayed was very well furnished and every thing worked just right. The welcome including a pick up at airport plus a tour to stores to buy groceries and to government buildings and TTC made us abble to the very next day be able to move around the city by ourselves. The hot tube in the winter is an exciting experience.
