The area surrounding the apartment

Located in King West on John Street, Smooth is perfectly located to offer its... residents the very best of city living. Located right at the intersection of King and John in the Festival Tower, residents can take advantage of some of the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The Festival Tower is part of the Bell Lightbox complex, which houses the Toronto International Film Festival, or TIFF. During other times, the Bell Lightbox has numerous movies playing in their world class cinemas, as well as shopping and three different restaurants to choose from for the discriminating diner.

A stroll south down King Street leads to numerous restaurants, world renowned theaters such as the Princess of Wales or the Roy Thompson Hall, while a walk south takes residents to Front Street, which is home to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, with the Rogers Centre and Air Canada Centre just to the south of that. With Queen West just to the north, residents will be surrounded by and endless array of things to do.

To travel further afield in an environmentally friendly way, residents also have access to the TTC along King Street via streetcar, as well as subway at the University line, which is about 5 minutes walk to the east.

The Apartment

Smooth is part of a 46-story, glass/concrete highrise called the Festival Tower located at the intersection of King and John. It is part of the Bell Lightbox complex, and the state of the art building has world class amenities.

With 700 square feet of floor space, and 100 sq feet of balcony space, Smooth is great for entertaining. It is a very spacious 1 bedroom plus den with an amazing layout. This suite features a west view, giving you an amazing view of the city, the lake, and a north view of the rest of the city! This gives you the true feeling of a castle in the sky.

With floor to ceiling windows, lots of living space and everything you could want in terms of amenities, there is nothing this condo doesn’t have.

Our rates range from $3295/month for a 12 month term and $3795/month for a 1 month term. As the length of stay increases, the rate progressively drops from the 1 month rate to the 12 month rate.

  Are you an executive who seeks the amenities of home while working out of town? - If so, then save your time and contact Toronto Luxury Suites first. Toronto Luxury Suites takes great pride in placing their customers in locations that are conveniently located to transportation, dining, shopping and activities. Their one and a half bed unit worked great for me including a separate office to facilitate completion of those late night assignments. The managers could not have been more pleasant and professional from showing to checkout - they anticipate your needs prior to your arrival, fully provision each room, listen and respond quickly to your requests and questions and are available to help in any way they can. Everything is turnkey, each suite boasts personally selected furnishings - all you need to bring is your suitcase and briefcase. If I have a need in the future they will get my call.

  I liked this apartment very much. It was very well appaointed and furnished. Very clean upon my arrival. The building is very well kept and its location is extremely convenient for anything you would want to do in Toronto. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
