The area surrounding the condo

“Triumph,” located in The Residence of Colleg...e Park is downtown's most distinguished and distinctive condominium address, as lavish in its interior appointments, as it is central in its Bay and College location. Located on Bay Street just south of College Street, residents can take advantage of some of the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment in Toronto.

The building is one of the most prestigious, well appointed, and most desirable in the entire city.

A stroll south down Bay Street leads to the Eaton Centre, while a walk north takes residents to the very chic Yorkville area.

To travel further afield in an environmentally friendly way, residents also have DIRECT subway access to the concourse that exists below the building. The Condo

Our rates range from $2995/month for a 12 month term and $3495/month for a 1 month term. As the length of stay increases, the rate progressively drops from the 1 month rate to the 12 month rate.
