There are over 20 restaurants within a mere 5 to 7 minute walking distance, so a night out with your significant other or family is never dull - Huge thanks to the wide variety of cuisine! The Harbour LakeFront is a nice 10-minute walk away which is always a breath of fresh air, and convenience is only arm's length from the Condo; so any items you might've forgotten can be within your grasp in minutes. Whether it is game at the Roger Centre or Toronto Symphony Orchestra or any Major attraction in Downtown, it is only steps away. If you want to take the highway to go somewhere special, it is around the corner. Every evening could be a celebration, and every moment could be an event!!

Used the condo for our extended weekend in Toronto. Check in and check out were seamless. The staff is so friendly and the condo is gorgeous!. Will definitely use again next time we visit if it's available! Can't get over the location. Right in the middle of everything. Almost everywhere we wanted to go was walkable!

We found this place very well set up for our family of 4 (kids loved having the computer and 3 TVs and we loved the gym! Kathy and Peter are super organised and went above and beyond expectations in helping us to have a great stay. The location felt safe and there was a convenient grocery store at the bottom. The indian meal they offered as part of the deal was delicious!

I booked this luxury condo for my family of four during our stay for the Scotiabank Caribbean Festival formerly known as "Caribana". The check-in process was very quick, informative, and second to none, especially since our flight was delayed over an hour pushing our arrival time to 11:30PM. Kathy and Gerry were very accomodating throughout our entire stay and they were easily accessible by phone or email if we had any questions. The listing for this Vrbo property was accurate regarding the location and easily accessible to major highways and Downtown Toronto. I thought it was lovely there was a welcome package with water and hot tea as well as maps of the area. The condo and amenties look exactly like the photos for the listing. The condo was very clean and well-maintained and was well stocked with major essentials, that you usually do not travel with if you're flying such as laundry and dish detergent, hair dryer, etc. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the city, while having all of the amenities of home. During our stay we took part in most of the Caribana fetes and festivities, which were located all around Toronto (ie. Lamport Stadium, Skybar, Canadian Exibition Grounds). We did have a wonderful time shopping at Eaton Centre located between Dundas and Yonge Streets and we ate at Jack astors located on Level 4 by the aMC Movie Theater and the menu had alot of variety from burgers to pad thai, but the Seafood Gemelli and San Fran Treat Burger are wonderful choices. We also ate at the acclaimed Pickle Barrel for breakfast which was absolutely delicious. Although we only stayed five nights if you stay six you are given a dinner certificate which is an extremely nice gesture.There is also a Rabba's 24 hr grocery store across the street which we bought a few breakfast items at. The convenience was nice, as we were able to cook our own breakfast every morning.

From the initial contact and familiarisation of the apartment by Kathy and Gerry this was a five star experience.The apartment was furnished to a very high standard with everything necessary to make for a real relaxing,comfortable experience.The location was first class with CN Tower and Rogers arena within easy walking distance.Not having hired a car the local public transport system was very easy to use and inexpensive.We liked everything about this experience.

Great place to stay. Very helpful people. Apartment has everything! It was so helpful having a laundry to do our washing. Only issues we had was the brightness of the rooms in the morning but apparently the blinds broke before we got there and were soon to be fixed. I would also like to see other payment methods as Paypal's fees are astronomical.

We stayed at this apartment for a week while relocating to a more permanent place. The apartment itself is very well laid out, comfortable, extremely clean and conveniently located. Peter and Kathy are incredible hosts and they followed up permanently since the first time we contacted them and made ourselves feel home right from the start. They're also the kind of people that truly care about their tenants and want to make them feel comfortable all the way. We absolutely recommend this apartment and Kathy and Peter's service. This place was the spot to be. We had a conference at the Metro Convention Centre, and it was conveniently located 5 minutes from the building which was perfect. At the same time there were dozens of restaurants just a block north of the building, so any fixed dining plans weren't required; we could just walk to them all. All in all the location of the suite was ideal for our business and nightly pleasure; they even had free Wi-Fi in the unit which allowed us to get a lot done. Kathy & Peter were a great help and guided us as to where everything was located in the neighborhood!

I would highly recommend staying at this apartment. I found the owners Kathy & Peter great to deal with. When initially booking the apartment they were great at answering all my emails with my many questions.
The aparmtent was fantastic, very modern with all the home comforts. Also, we had free wifi and computer which was great and very helpful when looking up directions etc. There were four of us (two couples)and we felt we had ample space (two shower rooms - which was a big plus). I loved the location as we were close to CN Tower/Sky dome etc but also very close to King Street which had lots of lovely restaurants!
Kathy was lovely and very helpful and was happy for us to call/email her with any quiries during our stay. On our last day our flight was not till late and we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment and collect it later which was great and saved us walking about allday with cases.
I only have positive things to say about this apartment and would highly recommend them! -

I was so impressed with our stay at 20 Blue Jays Way. The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished 2 bedroom and all the amenities on site. Great spot for the family vacation. The location is excellent, in the heart of downtown Toronto, walking distance to everything, tourism, shopping, sporting arenas,restaurants, shows. I am very impressed and will stay there again. Just back from 10 days in Toronto,with the family. The appartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Roof terrace perfect for some sunbathing too.
The location was ideal for seeing the sights, a few minutes from the Superdome and the CN Tower with loads of resturants and bars within easy walking distance. A 5 minute walk to the subway, and by car a couple of minutes to the Gardiner Expressway (for airport and out of town trips).
Kathy couldnt have been more helpful on arrival/departure days and in making sure everything was perfect for our stay.
We had a complimentary Indian meal as part of our deal and that too was fabulous.
