We are located on King St. West in downtown Toronto approximately 15 minutes away by street car to downtown core.
King Street is a major east-west commercial thoroughfare in Toronto, Ontario, Canada named after King George III, the reigning British monarch at the time the street was being built in early Toronto.
We are close to the Fashion District, Entertainment District, CN Tower, Financial District, Ontario & Exhibition Place, and Beautiful High Park’s South Entrance.
Please note that Street Car (Tram) runs on King St. (Stop steps away) and Queen St. (5 minutes walk) into Downtown core 24 hours a day.

Wonderful location and great place to stay. Stayed here for 8 nights with a group of graduate students (attending HotDocs film festival) and were graciously hosted by Denis. He was extremely helpful in helping us get around the city, and provided a beautiful place to stay. We very much enjoyed staying on the small deck in the evenings chatting about our days in toronto! Highly recommend this property! Thanks Denis - from the students at Hofstra University.

My friends and I recently stayed here for a month and it was great. Were up in Toronto doing internships and this was a great location we couldn't ask for a better place. Denis was a great landlord communication was very quick and honest highly recommend this place.

The house is in a good place to visit the city. Good for the money. It needs a sofa table and a wardrobe for the second bedroom.

Denis was a superb landlord, willing to be on call at any time if needed. He provided advice on what was available locally including details of a public library where we could print our boarding passes. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The area was safe and and an ideal spot to walk around and see a different side to Toronto. There is a reasonable supermarket within five minutes walk. The many coffee shops and restaurants in nearby Roncesvalles Village were an added attraction. There is a freeway to the back of the apartment but it did not bother us.

It was a great pleasure to stay in the Lakeview Suite. The location was perfect for me. The trendy neighbourhood close to the Lake, High Park, in the middle of King West and Queen West was close to everything I wanted to do or needed. I was able to walk to the downtown core and back from the suite. The Grocery store and many boutique gourmet shops were minutes away. The suite itself was perfect, very comfortable and luxurious. Denis had turned on the air conditioner before I arrived which was great as outside was very hot. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel in this suite with the beautiful furniture and design details. My host Denis answered all my questions and offered suggestions on where to go in Toronto. He was a professional and a true gentleman. Highly recommended.
