The unit is a bright, cleanly decorated space with modern styling and a great view of the downtown at night. The building is high security and is the location of choice for a number of diplomatic... corps in lodging their staff.

Security Deposit:
You may be asked to put down a Damage Deposit payable at arrival time or a credit card hold. It will be 100% refunded to you at end of your stay provided there is nothing missing and damage.

Price shown has a minimum stay of five nights, for shorter stay, higher nightly price apply.

Additional Guest:
The regular price includes the accommodation for four adults, however additional guest are welcome and will be charged $125. Our suites consist of 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, second double size bed located second, and a pull out sofa that is convertible to a third bed available at extra charge.
