My husband and I stayed here for 8 days , The apartment was the best apartment we have rented. It is situated in an excellent area for great food, shopping and close to the major sites. It was the best for a relaxing, fun week. The kitchen is completely stocked and the apartment also includes a washer/dryer. There is a nice balcony to sit and drink your morning coffee or sit out and watch the locals in the fashion district. Took advantage of cooking outside on the barbeque grills and enjoyed the view from the roof top! Amazing especailly in the evenings. Highly recommend the apartment and Eric is a jewel to work with!! Thank you again for the best vacation ever!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. The location is good, within walking distance to several of Toronto's attractions and close to transport links for others. This apartment is close to a variety of small grocery stores and larger supermarkets for those who want to self-cater and to a good variety of reasonably priced restaurants for those who want to dine out. The owner of the apartment was very easy to deal with and our stay here offered us greater space and freedom than we would have had if we'd stayed in a hotel. We were very happy with our choice.

I stayed at this apartment for a week for work, and it's the perfect downtown location. Great restaurants just a stone's throw away, and if you want to cook your own meals in the fully furnished kitchen, the Loblaw's grocery store is super convenient too.
The apartment itself is huge, more than enough room for two people, very comfortable, and really quiet for being in the center of town. I slept like a rock!
All in all, a perfect stay, and Eric could not be more accomodating! He's great to work with, super communicative, and just an all around nice guy. Thanks very much!Response from Eric S. - 06/18/2012
