Fantastic 3-week stay at this property, and Jerome and Kiran were great to work with! Apt is perfect for families -- it's a quieter neighborhood than downtown, and easily accessible. Green space and playgrounds nearby, Sugar Beach down the street -- grocery right on the next block. Everything was so easy with our 4-yr-old and we were very happy here!

The Esplande is a really quiet & safe location, near to the lake foreshore, and downtown. The condo is clean, bright & modern - the central courtyard spaces & gym are really great to have for such a close-in city location. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Jerome & his wife.

We stayed in this condo for a couple of days and it had everything we needed. It's a really nice three bedroom in a decent location so you can pretty much walk to wherever you need. The owners were extremely nice and very responsive. I looked at 10 different condos and I'm very happy I went with this one. Definitely will be staying here again.
