Our downtown location is upscale, modern & safe, near Toronto Entertainment and Waterfront District, three minutes walk to Lake Short (Lake Ontario), 3 minutes walk from Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Metro Convention Centre, and 30 second walk to public transit.

Our price are all inclusive... of taxes and cleaning fees, the suite feature breath taking view of downtown Toronto and CN Tower, and roomy 587 sq ft of living space with a 31 sq ft. balcony.

Other features includes a 42' HDTV with 5.1 surround sound and HD Channels, Wireless High Speed Internet Access. There is a 1 Master Bedroom with queen bed. The second and third bed is available upon request. The second queen size bed located inside a den mini-bedroom, and a pull down sofa convertible to third bed. There is private, in suite laundry with free detergent, as well as iron and board. Full kitchen includes, stove top, electronic oven, a toaster and cookware.

Lastly, complimentary beverages and essentials: regular and decaffeinated Tim Hortons Coffee, various tea and hot chocolate, soft-drinks and ice. Soaps, body wash, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste are also provided free of charge.

Additional Location Information

We are located right in the heart of downtown Toronto, no driving or commuting necessary as it is only one minute walk from CN Tower and Rogers Centre, and three minutes from Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Whether you are into pubs, clubs or theater, or just want to relax by the water front, it is all walking distance away. Our location is easy accessible from the airport or to Niagara Falls as highway is only a minute way.

Security Deposit:
You may be asked to put down a Damage Deposit payable at arrival time or a credit card hold. It will be 100% refunded to you at end of your stay provided there is nothing missing and damage.

Additional Guest:
The regular price includes the accommodation for two adults, however additional guest are welcome and will be charged $125. Our suites consist of 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, second queen size bed located in the mini-bedroom, and a pull out sofa that is convertible to a third bed.

We reserve the right to charge for special event rate and premium nights for certain occasions.

  this condo is on the corner of Spadina and Fort York Blvd (not in the center of downtown as indicated by the marker on the map). It is right next to the Rogers stadium and CN Tower, in easy walking distance to the harbor front, chinatown, Kensington market and the entertainment district (Queens and Kings street). The amenities of the condo are excellent, it was clean, and perfect for our short two night stay here. I found the bedroom mattress a bit hard and thin and slept better on the living room futon, but that's personal preference I guess. A convenient (though slightly pricey) supermarket is on the same corner. We were met upon arrival by Charles, who brought us into the parking garage under the building (parking space $12/day), and showed us around the condo and other amenities that can be used in the building next door (pool, jacuzzi, gym, etc). Overall a nice play to stay, would recommend it.
