Description from the manager
Hesketh Crescent, based on the Regency ideals of London and Brighton, was completed in 1848. The Crescent (named after landowner Sir Lawrence Palk's marriage to Maria Hesketh in 1845) was built as fifteen private houses. No. 15 is situated at the end of the crescent closest to the sea. Set on Meadfoot Beach, this is a lovely peaceful spot yet within easy reach of Torquay town centre.
15b is a first floor apartment with dual aspect windows looking out to sea and a designated parking space inside the gated entrance to the Crescent.

beautiful views, location and accomodation 10/10
A beautiful historical apartment. If you like old quirkiness this is for you. Large high ceiling rooms with fantastic panoramic sea views from every room (except kitchen and bathroom, I don't know about you but I don't spend my holiday in there anyway!). Very peaceful and relaxing, all mod cons available. Loads to do within the vicinity if you can drag yourselves away form the balcony. Our boys loved the beach which is on your doorstop, great for crabbing. We can't wait to return
