Upper Alvista is a large 3 bedroom apartment occupying the whole of the upper floor of a fabulous converted 1930s detached house. It is set in its own grounds with professionally landscaped secluded gardens bordered by trees, and containing palms and a variety of shrubs.
It is located in Livermead bay, just 180 yards from Institute beach and close to Torquay Seafront and town centre. Institute Beach can accessed down a few steps at low tide.

A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge. Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday â€“ Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings. All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted for a small surcharge of Â£23.00 each.
