We really enjoyed the house which is huge, modern and very comfortable but were disappointed by the level of service:
- we could not find the key in the safe and understood later on that there had been a double booking for this We
- the day after, the remote for the garage was not working, meaning some more energy and time to save key and remote issues
- check out was at 10 am; we were finalizing our packages at 10.15 and the lady told us that we might incur additional charges and that she had to call her boss.
What kind of service is that for a luxury resort?

This property offered everything you could want. Superbly presented, great location and more than enough room for the eight adults staying there. I have dealt with other holiday rental managers and retreats Victoria are by far the best. This was a great place for our golfing week.

A group of 8 friends stayed here over New Years. We all had a great time. The boys played golf while the girls sat back and relaxed!
The house was beautiful and very spacious. Lovely views of the golf course and walking distance to a nice secluded beach. Isn't really walking distance to town, although we did it one night and wouldn't recommend this!; however it was perfect to be away from the busyness of town and only a short drive to quickly pick anything up.
House fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend this for a large group. You will not be disappointed.

A group of 8 friends stayed at this location in June. It was a teriffic time. We loved the house, definatly a wow factor! And a great view of the gold course. We didn't go to golf, but if we did it would have been ideal.
There were board games and was close enough to the beach for an evening stroll. It wasn't walking distance to town, but secluded enough and an amazing weekend away from the city. Rent this place! It's spacious, clean, relaxing and has everything you need!Response from Retreats Victoria - 10/24/2011

Recently stayed with extended family and found absolutely everything we could possibly need for our stay. The position was perfect and the space inside the house fantastic. The bathrooms are huge! Kitchen had everything and more than expected!
