    First impression- disappointment & dirty

Left on 01/31/2012 for a stay in January 2012

Very very disappointed & dirty accommodation:
    - infected ants on dining table
    - crumbs& dead insects on carpet
    - pubic hair on pillow!!
    -lipstick stain on pillow case
    - stained towel
    - 1 unchanged pillow case out of 4
-hair found in linin & food stains
    - very dirty & dusty tv cabinet

I Requested to have king size bed slipt which didn't happen even though a replied email said yes you will do it.
We asked if there was fully equip kitchen equipment eg. Scissors, big pots & pans & knives which you replied staying all yes when there wasn't everything. So we personally had to buy big pan's & scissors.
We also had to buy pillow cases or sleep on clothes not knowin whether all linen was changed or not after finding pubic hair & lipstick stain on pillows.

On the website stated bathrobes, No bathrobes or complimentary soap/ shampoos where in bathrooms.

As I called to get some things sorted cleaners came straight after hour however were not professional or seem to be qualified and needs to be retrained. Their response for not checking and doing a good was " we had a lot to get done". In the agreement form i had printed, you emphasized the importance of cleaness & making sure all rubbish taken out yet the standards you left us to live in was terrible & appalling.

By far this accomondation was the worst condition for cleaness & not meeting up to standards of there agreement on website & in email& for the value we paid.

We also have photo's of every problem & be happy to send to you on request & would do it now but at work & cannot access photo's taken.

Hope you think about re training your cleaners & double check the job they do before anyone else stays and have to go through being disgusted. Not on, regardless of whether it's a public holiday 26th jan we checked in should still be the very best standards for $375 a night. Not worth the stay.

Left on 01/22/2012 for a stay in January 2011

This is the second year we have stayed at this home and whilst happy it could be much better with some planning and updating. The air conditioner did not work for the first 2 days. It was recticifed by switching on the power to the unit. I don't know why the power was swithced off, but this was very disappointing given the cost per night. The windows do not have fly screens which is a problem on hot nights.

    Good but not great

Left on 11/09/2011 for a stay in October 2011

First impressions last and when we first walked in the apartment there was an old expired milk bottle waiting for us on the kitchen bench top. Next we discovered there were no toilet paper provided. This was a bit inconvenient after a long road trip.

    privacy

Would have liked a litte bit more privacy. Needed to want the blind closed as the golfers were trying to tee off from the back door.

Thanks for your comments. One of the joys of golf course accommodation are the golfers!! We also offer 3 bedroom condos with the living room upstairs. 2 Shore has the living downstairs. The upstairs living floor plan gives you elevated views and more privacy! - Retreats Victoria.
