Rock House is a stylish four bedroom property that has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with all rooms boasting amazing views of either the bay, harbour, town or all three. There are four terraces that catch the sun all day long and also benefit from the amazing sweeping views. Plus, for larger parties there is a separate apartment included with the house which is located on the ground floor and includes an extra bedroom, kitchen, living area with sofa bed and office with broadband access.

Additional notes from owner
A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge. Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings. All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted for a small surcharge of £23.00 each.
