Only 20 minutes from Valencia airport and 30 minutes from the beach!!
Away from the crowds you will experience the ambiance of the Spanish countryside with the beautiful orange groves. Villa Torrent is inhabited by Dutch owners. In the area of villa Torrent are two houses: Casa Rosa and Casa Elja, which can be rented separately or together. Each house has it's own private- and fenced garden. There is also a playfield for childeren.
You have access to a private garden and private pool. The roof terrace offers wonderful views!

Within 10 minutes to the highway A7; Villa Torrent is located in the pure countryside with it's oranges- and olive-groves. Within 6 kilometre you can visit the Spanish villages like Monserrat, Montroy and a little bigger: Torrent.
In Torrent you can take the subway to Valencia.......or go by car wich is only 20 minutes. The beautiful white sandbeaches of Valencia (El Saler/ Albufeira) are only a half hour driving.
On the plot there is a private carparking.
