Well equipped and comfortable apartment, with lots of local amen
I went on a girlie trip with a couple of friends. We had a really relaxing time. Everything you need is available with good equipment in the apartment for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. The pool is a great added bonus. There are lots of local beaches to explore as well as shops and other local attractions. We tried a couple of the restaurants and there is a good variety of different types of food to try. Overall we had a great time, and I think it would be a good location for families too.

Went out with for an extended girlie weekend away. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped and the pool was lovely. With the beach just a few minutes away along with local shops and restaurants, the area has everything you need for a perfect hassle free holiday. Will definitely be returning soon...
Me, my wife and my son stayed here at the end of May 2012 and had a fabulous time.
The apartment was a perfect place to stay, as it is close to all amenities and has some great beaches not far away.
We didn't get to use the pool much, but it looked pretty good and was a decent size.
La Zenia beach was by far the best beach resort we visited. There is plenty to do for kids, restaurants and a huge sandy beach.
As for food, we ate at most nearby restaurants, with Panucci's and Rocky's Bar being the pick of the bunch. There is also a Spanish restaurant near MacDonalds that do a themed dance night but book well in advance.
The apartment itself is perfect for 2 adults and up to 2 kids or another 2 adults. It has all the comforts of home to make it as comfortable as possible. It was clean and tidy, and the caretakers are extremely helpful and very pleasant.

We enjoyed a very relaxing and peaceful stay at the apartment in June 2010. On arrival we received a warm welcome from Sue who met us at the flat, showed us where everything was and gave us some good advice on where to go and what to do in the area. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. It is in a good location with plenty to do in the surrounding area and is a nice, easy drive from Murcia airport. It is in a quiet residential area with plenty of on-street parking and a lovely pool and garden shared by the residents in the block. There are plenty of well-stocked supermarkets nearby as well as bars and restaurants providing a wide variety of cuisine, including English, Chinese, Italian and Spanish. We visited the nearby town of Torrevieja during the day and the evening, and the salt-lakes just outside the town are also interesting to walk around. There are some good beaches near the apartment, some within walking distance although the best are probably a short drive away. There are also some pleasant walks along the coastline - we walked from Playa Flamenca to Cabo Roig one afternoon and wished we had brought our swimming costumes so we could have taken a dip in the sea half-way round! . All in all this is a very pleasant area to stay in, we felt very at home in the apartment and hope to go back again soon!

Fantastic Location for a Mini Break
The apartment was very clean, well presented and stocked with all the home from home gadgets you need for a self catering holiday. There is a welcome pack that contains information about the location of the nearest shops, bars, beaches and places of interest. The closest beach Punta Prima is about 15 min walk away and my favourite beach was Cala Ferris - with palm trees lining the back of the small, sandy beach. The nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants are about a 10 min walk away. The best thing about the location was the quietness, as the complex is in a residential area so is very peaceful. I have now been here twice and am booked in again for Easter 2011.
