Suitable for families, couples and older singles this well presented, two bedroomed top floor apartment is situated on the popular Altos del Limonar complex with the benefit of being close to town and beaches with all amenities nearby. Ideally situated, in a quiet residential area, with a friendly atmosphere, the property boasts a large private solarium with entrance only from the inside and a glazed porch area for added space and security.

Comfortably sleeping four, there is a double and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. The double bedroom is furnished in light colours with attractive pine furniture, and has a bu...ilt in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with lamps ensuring plenty of storage space during your stay. The twin bedroom has a small chest of drawers, bedside lamp and a free standing wardrobe, again tastefully furnished in light colours. There is a bright airy feel throughout the apartment, enabling guests to cool off and relax after a hard days sunbathing. As well as ceiling fans in both bedrooms there is also air conditioning for your added comfort.

A well equipped, American kitchen, leads on to the open plan, comfortable and spacious dining and lounge area. The kitchen has all the comforts of home including cooker with hob and full oven , extractor fan, fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle and plenty of kitchen utensils . The lounge / diner seats four, with a table and four chairs and a three seater sofa, separate chair , coffee table and wall units, all matching and tastefully arranged.

There are attractive tiles throughout the apartment and the owner has furnished the walls with mirrors and pictures , along with neutral colours and cream curtains to add to the light atmosphere . There is a coffee table and large TV with UK SAT TV along with DVD player on the side board, along with a stereo for guests to use. A glass cabinet and shelving units , all attractively laid out add to the plentiful storage space, both inside and outside the apartment.

The spacious solarium is accessed from the kitchen and is an ideal private spot to sunbathe and enjoy the al fresco lifestyle. For your added enjoyment there is a table and four chairs, sun loungers and sun umbrella – for shade and maybe an afternoon siesta or a pre dinner drink. There is also a large shed for extra storage.

The lovely communal pool has recently been refurbished and is only seconds away from the apartment. It has extensive pretty gardens and sunbathing areas where it is possible to take your own sun chairs. The well kept pool is very private and there are six passes in the property for use by guests. As well as the main pool, there is a separate children’s pool and several play areas nearby.

To ensure your holiday runs smoothly, there is the services of our local property managers on hand should you have any queries during your stay. Locally there is a 40euros end of stay cleaning and laundry fee and we can arrange either an airport transfer of 40euros each way from/to Murcia and Alicante, both around a 40 minutes drive OR a meet and greet service of 10euros total, should you prefer to make your own way to the apartment.Read more

Additional Location Information

In the immediate area there is choice of bars / restaurants and a English supermarket called Johnstons and a newsagents. Also, you will find a sports centre, football pitches, cycle hire all within a few minutes drive. The popular water park, Aquapolis – open June to September, is only a few minutes walk away. For the golfers there are several championship courses within a ten minute drive as well as Go Karting if you fancy a go!

Less than ten minutes walk away is Torreta 2, which has plenty of restaurants with Menu Del Dias,(Menus of the Day)and an extensive choice of Italian, Spanish traditional Tapas, Indian, Chinese, Kebabs,& fast food, bars. There is something for everyone’s taste and budget. St James Gate, Columbas Bar & Shady's are just some of the popular eating places nearby. The Inn Place, the best fish & chip shop in Torrevieja is only minutes walk away. Also in this area are the famous salt lakes, renowned for their healing powers and skin therapy, should you fancy taking a bathe or simply a pleasant walk to admire their pretty scenery and wildlife.

Within walking distance is a Mercadona Supermarket, popular with the Spanish due to it’s inexpensive prices and a Carrefour hypermarket. Also the shopping centre Habanares S.C, which has a wide range of shops from budget to designer tastes and prices. As well as clothes shops, Habanares has good selection of restaurants, an English cinema and a bowling alley.

A five minute drive will bring you to the beautiful safe, sandy, blue flag beaches of the Torrevieja coast with it’s crystal clear and clean turquoise blue sea. Alternatively there is a bus stop for local buses nearby, for services to Torrevieja town centre and local beaches. There is a choice of beaches fronting the town and if you prefer to walk, it will only take around 30 minutes. The nearest beaches are Acequion, Naufragos, Playa del Cura and Los Locos. If you fancy a change , the lovely town of La Mata beach with it’s extensive sandy beach is approximately a ten minutes drive or in the other direction , South of Torrevieja, you will find the popular beaches and resorts of La Zenia, Cabo Roig around a 20 minutes drive away.

The centre of Torrevieja with it’s famous Friday morning market and various churches, museum and shops is around a 20 minute walk or five minute drive away. This is an apartment that is situated in an area, with truly something for everyone.
