House (85 m2) located in a residential area between Pals and L’Estartit, at only 100m from the beach, with shared pools and gardens, and children area. At about 15 min by car from both villages. House with 2 floors with 3 double bedrooms (1 double bed; 4 single beds), 2 bahtrooms, living-room (TV), equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), washing machine, garage. Supermarket and restaurant... in the same area. There are several houses to rent in the same complex with the same characteristics (any furniture could be different.)
