Nestled off the beaten path in the hills of prestigious Lambert Estate, Tortola British Virgin Islands, secured behind its gated entrance, FABREDS Place offers its guest privacy and comfort. This spacious well appointed two bedroom Tortola house can accommodate a honeymooning couple or a family of six.

As the 12 feet high wrought iron gate opens to welcome you, you will be greeted by well manicured landscape lush with tropical foliage, vegetation and flowers and a view that cannot be found at most Tortola hotels. As you approach the private apartment, a wrap around furnished balcony reveals the panoramic view of the neighboring island... of Virign Gorda and beyond, along with a gentle soothing breeze.

Once you are behind the beautiful double doors, you will feel like you have arrived at an exclusive BVI resort and discover your home away from home. Off to your left is a fully equipped kitchen featuring an island with a gas cook top. Displayed on the corium counter tops are small appliances desirable in a kitchen. Opening the many cabinets and drawers will reveal everything needed; should you decide to prepare a meal, is at your finger tips.

To the right, the spacious great room takes center stage with its stereo system, leather couch / queen sized sleeper for additional guest and a love seat with double recliners. Designed with the modern traveler in mind it has cable television readily available on a wall mounted flat screen as well as high speed internet access.

Continuing on the right is the second bedroom fully furnished with a walk in closet and adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom tucked away on the other side beyond the kitchen and away from the second bedroom mentioned, truly offers privacy and mimics a roommate plan. It is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, ample closet space and a private bath featuring a Jacuzzi. Both bedrooms are equipped with Gold Bond comfort mattresses, ceiling fans and air conditioning for added comfort.

You will feel right at home with the convenience of a linen closet that is full of extra linens and towels, plus bath accessories and hair dryers. A fully equipped laundry room including iron and ironing board are provided additional convenience.

For ALL reservations, 50% deposit of the total amount is is due upon reservation. The balance is due 1 week prior to arrival.
Reservation cancellations 30 days prior to your expected arrival date will result in a $30 cancellation fee and a full refund of deposits paid.
Reservation cancellations within 30 days of your expected arrival date will result in your deposit been forfeited .

  If you want to get away from it all and watch the sunset on a breathe taking balcony over looking the bay, then Fabred's Place is the place to be. The people are very friendly and accommodating. The cultural Caribbean food on the island is prepared to soothe any curious palate. Transportation is available directly from the airport to the resort and also to any other destination on the island. The beach is walking distance from the property. This is a must visit. Its a pity I had to leave when my vacation ended. I will be back soon so save me a spot on the veranda so I can sit back with a drink in hand, feel the cool breeze as it brushes up from the sea shore and watch the sun disappear beyond the sea's end.

  I can't say enough good stuff about Fabred's Place. It is in a nice safe area, and is well maintained. The owners have obviously put their heart and souls into making this a unique place to relax. Everywhere you turn you see little details of this: like the meticulously detailed furnishings and the large comfortable beds. The Villa is a bit of a secret on the island, probably due to its location. Perched near the top of a mountain, there is a view of the ocean that is like no other. The best part however was the owners enthusiasm in hosting me as their guest, and making sure that I was taken care of. I was the only guest at the time, so I had the whole place to myself. However, I would recommend this to any couple seeking privacy in a cozy setting who likes a little luxury, but not useless extravagance. Additionally, the Villa would be great for corporate events or family reunions. This was one of the best Villas I have ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it to you.

  This was a very laxing,quiet time for my wife and I. We were overcome with the inviting hosts, the upscale atmosphere,the inviting blue water beyond as we looked from the balcanoy and the ambiance was divine. The Managers were polite and kind and we can't forget the bushtea they provided for us. The aroma was pleasing and the taste was delicious. I t was good to wake up to a cup of that tea. The villa was comfortable and unbelievably clean, modern and welcoming. The accommodations were great beyond our expectations a sort of like home away from homep
