The interior of the property is decorated in an ornate style and is comfortably furnished with antique furniture. There are two lounges with ample space for relaxation, a games room with large pool table and gymnasium. Outside there is a swimming pool (15x6m) and a dip pool surrounded by a large wooden decked area with sunbeds. For outside dining, there is a barbecue with an undercover eating area and many terraces. The villa is situated 8km from Tossa de Mar. It is set in its own private landscaped gardens of 5000 m2, offering complete priv...acy. It is an ideal location for a family holiday or a group of friends.

The villa is situated in the heart of the Costa Brava on the coastal road between Tossa de Mar and St Feliu de Guixols, arguably on the best stretch of coastline in Europe. There are 8 beautiful coves, some of which you will see on the photographs, within a driving distance of 5 minutes. This is excluding the main beaches in Tossa de Mar and St Feliu de Guixols, which are 8 minutes and 15 minutes driving distance away respectively. The nearest restaurant/bar and supermarket are about a 2 minute drive from the villa.

In Tossa de Mar and St Feliu de Guixols, there is something to do for the whole family or friends. The local towns have a wide variety of restaurants offering many different cuisines at very reasonable prices. Also there are flamenco shows, traditional sardana dancing in the squares, local and international bars, nightclubs, ten pin bowling, daily and weekend markets, festivals and fireworks at different times of year. Tossa de Mar is referred to as the jewel in the Costa Brava as it has an important castle on the beach and St Feliu de Guixols is a larger town with working harbour and marina.

There are many sporting facilities available within a close driving distance, for example tennis, golf, horse riding, walking, cycling, diving etc, plus the usual beach activities. Probably the best way to see the coast is to board one of the excursion boats which leave from the beach in several towns and these allow you to get on and off where you choose and operate from Palamos in the north to Blanes in the south.

If you want to make any excursions, Barcelona is approximately 1hr30m drive by car or alternatively is a relaxing journey following the coast by local train from Blanes which takes you into the city centre at a cost of approximately 8€ return per person.

The second city is Girona which is well worth a visit. The historic centre around the river has a beautiful cathedral surrounded by narrow streets of the old quarter with shops and restaurants. There is a newly built shopping centre just out of town. The towns along the coast within a short driving distance offer many different things to see, for example, marinas, working harbours, fishing fleets and fish auctions, botanical gardens, museums, castles and adventure/water parks. Inland, the Costa Brava offers medieval villages, historic castles and architecture, and beautiful countryside.
