This first floor apartment is located near to Tosside on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Malham is a first floor apartment on Crowtrees Park near to Tosside on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The apartment sleeps six people and two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a twin as well as a family bathroom. Also in the apartment is an open plan living area. Outside is off road parking for two cars, shared use of the grounds (with nearby caravan park) including a heated indoor swimming pool, a games room and a children’s play area. Set in beautiful countryside, Malham is a superb family hol...iday home with plenty of facilities.

Amenities: Gas central heating with gas stove in sitting area. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and spin dryer in on-site launderette (launderette shared with nearby caravan park), dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Spacious shared lawned area and small patio. Shared use of heated indoor swimming pool (10m x 5m, 1.6m deep in deep end, available 1st March – 10th January, 7 days a week, 9 - 5pm). Shared use of games room with pool table, table football, table tennis and games machines. Shared use of children’s play area with swings, climbing frames and slides. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub (with games area in evenings) 1 min walk. Note: Swimming pool, games room, children’s play area and launderette are shared with Crowtrees Caravan Park, a 4 star rated park, which is situated approx 250 metres from the property. The property does not overlook any caravans and the caravan park has a separate, barriered entrance 250 metres away.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Friendly, helpful service. Home was spacious and well equipped. Swimming pool was a real bonus. Games room good for younger children/teens. Location was convenient for visiting Malham Cove, Grassington, Ingleton waterfalls walk and the fantastic Yorkshire Dales Falconry Centre.
