This house was a really fun place to stay with our teenagers and our golden retriever. Everyone had their own bedroom, the kids loved the spiral staircase, it had an open floor plan, radiant heating in the floors, lots of bright/open windows, and was right on the lake.
I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are older (lots of winding stairs) or have very young children (stairs and no railings on the outdoor areas). Also, if you really have to have a large screen TV, this is not the place for you.Response from Visit Up North Vacation Rentals - 12/09/2011

Our vacation in this house was really relaxing. The house is beautiful and everything in it is decorated in a extraordinary style. It is direct on the lake and our 3 girls really enjoyed the clear water - when we enjoyed the great view from one of the several decks. It is very quiet and only a short drive from Traverse City. The lovely local store and coffee shop completed our great stay.

liked it very much and already have booked it again for this year. could use a little updating and a better tv but seeing as we weren't inside all that much due to the beauty of the outside decks and lakfront we can't wait to come back. is it for sale??????? very nice in all aspects...
