Located on beautiful Silver Lake with all its islands and coves to explore. Only 5 minutes from the heart of Traverse City, and the breath-taking Grand Traverse Bays. One mile from the Crown golf course and only 4 miles from shopping at the Grand Traverse Mall. This sunny summer home has hard wood maple floors, tile foyer, gas fireplace, and washer and dryer. There is a recreation room for those family card games and board game tournaments in finished walkout basement. There is a large wrap around deck, yard level to the sandy beach with no steps to beach. Expansive water views. Washer and dryer.
