This brand new villa is set in a perfect beachfront location offering 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bath.
Two bedrooms have a single bed and a double bed, one bedroom has a queen size bed, one bedroom has a king size bed, and one bedroom has a double bed.
The gleaming brand new kitchen offers all the modern conveniences. Cook for yourself or have someone cook for you.
In addition, this lovely villa offers a spacious covered verandah, fabulous sun deck with a panoramic view overlooking all of Calabash Bay and the Santa Cruz Mountains, and a lawn which extends right to the beach and the Caribbean Sea.

Winter Season - Whole House: $2,400 US for up to 6 persons. $200 US for each additional person up to 10 persons.
Winter Season - Individual Rooms rent from $85 US per night for the downstairs room and $100 US per night for the upstairs rooms. Based on double occupancy.
Summer Season - Whole House: $2,200 US for up to 6 persons. $200 US for each additional person up to 10 persons.
Summer Season - Individual Rooms rent from $75 US per night for the downstairs room and $95 US per night for the upstairs rooms. Based on double occupancy.
All upstairs bedrooms have AC, the downstairs bedroom does not have AC.
All bedrooms have a private bathroom, hot water, and screens on the windows.
If you rent the whole house a cook is provided to prepare breakfast and dinner.
If you rent a room you can hire a cook (cost dependent on number in party) or use the kitchen facilities yourself.

Doc's on the Bay is in a great location. It has modern facilies, a beautiful garden, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The beach was excellent for swimming and watching the beautiful sunsets. It was close to shops, restaruants and bars.

If you're looking for a newer, beautiful and relaxing getaway doc's should be your choice. The beach front is the best in all of the guest houses there. Comfy beds and nice layout make your stay there awesome. We rented the entire house which is the best way to go as you have a cook and maid service. It was perfect for the kids as there's so many different things to do either down the road or a 30-40 minute drive. We didn't miss the crowded city places where you have to race to the elevator to get a chair near the waterfront. Wake up at doc's and go in the backyard and there it is or upstairs and watch the beautiful mountains. Check it out you won't be disappointed.

Travelled with 7 friends to Treasure Beach and had an incredible time!!!
House: Scale from 1-10...it was a 15. Clean, spacious and right on a QUIET beach.
Staff: Very friendly, but non-invasive.
Beach: Quiet and clean with beautiful swimming area!!
Food: Need new cook or train the one that was there. Seemed to spend alot of money on food. Need to have a menu to pick from and organize food.
Restaurants: Within walking distance and ALL very good!!!
Bugs: None to really mention. Bug spray occasionally on the ankles at night worked!
Money: Used only Jamaican money the whole time. Even in Negril and Montego Bay.
Would rent a vehicle for this area as it is quiet and the locals seem to tolerate tourists well.
I have nothing but good things to say from start to finish (except food), but don't want to say too much as would like it to be available when we go back. All of us would return!!!
