Dramatic villa and location with a excellent staff set upon 2.5 acres of natural fields with Mango, Papaya, Grapefruit and Sweet Sop trees abound. Sea front pool and patios with spectacular panoramic views. Wonderful traditional Jamaican cuisine. It is the Only property in all of Treasure Beach to include a boat and captain with your villa rental.

La Casa Duna is one of the original villas in Treasure Beach which sits high on a bluff at the end of the 3/4 mile long Billy's Bay beach. Your view point here stretches far into the distance, out to the sea and all the way down the coast to Great Pedro Bluff.

One of the... 5 bays and fishing villages that make up Treasure Beach, Billy's Bay is quiet & neighborly. La Casa Duna set unseen on a private lane off the country road, just a few minute drive from Calabash Bay, its little shops, bakery, bars and restaurants. Closer to home, a staircase cut into the bluff leads from the front lawn, porticoes verandah and pool down to the 3/4 mile beach below.

Inside/Out Living though, undoubtedly you'll spend many an hour by the pool, down at the beach, lunching on the terrace or lazing in a lounge chair on the verandah.

With high, open-beamed ceilings, the separate dining room and large living room with two conversation areas open up to sea breezes, ocean and sunset views through polished wood French doors that lead directly onto the covered terraces. Given the house location atop a seafront dune, air-conditioning is superfluous; ceiling fans, however, are in all rooms as well as louvered and screened windows.

Three airy bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests (additionally, both crib and cot are also available for toddlers & infants).

  Wonderful Two Weeks at La Casa Duna

  This was our third visit to Treasure Beach, but our first stay at La Casa Duna, one of the original guest houses built in this lovely, rural, desert coast area. Miss Bev took excellent care of us, providing the sort of homemade meals that you will never find in any resort. She adjusted her schedule to fit our preference for meal times, so we were able to sleep late and still have a wonderful breakfast served to us, while we kept watch over the sea, the pelicans and the occasional passing dolphins.
  This may have been the most relaxing two weeks of my adult life.
  La Casa Duna is all about peace, quiet, privacy, and the beauty of rural Jamaica. If that is what you seek... this place delivers.

  My husband and I stayed at LaCasa Duna as part of our vacation to Jamaica. Of the places we visited, we enjoyed Treasure Beach the most. We also stayed in Negril at an all inclusive resort, and in Runaway Bay at another all inclusive resort. By far, the experience at LaCasa Duna was the best. We enjoyed meeting the cook and grounds keeper and their family. We were able to take two wonderful boat trips, and had a personal tour guide for trips to town.
  
  The food was the best on the whole Island! We loved everything Bev cooked. In fact, I ate things I would not have other wise eaten here in the U.S. The service we received was exemplary.
  
  The location is a bit of a drive, but worth it. The home is comfortable, clean, and has a beautiful view. The walk to the beach is a bit rocky, which was the only down fall.
  
  I would recommend this location due to the fact a person can either just stay at the house and have all their needs cared for, or if more adventurous, one can drive to the local restaurants or patronize the delightful vendors.
