We had a very lovely visit to alison's beautiful condo in February 2013. This time around my husband and I stayed in the main floor unit. As usual, the unit was spotless upon our arrival. Alison is friendly, responsive, maintains the property so well. She is available when you need her but you also have abundant privacy. We swam in the pool every day, cooked all of our meals here, enjoyed fishing and swimming in the ocean. Once again, just an excellent vacation at DaSilva Designer Suite. We definitely plan to return and would not hesitate to recommend it to others!

The Perfect Place full of charm with easy elegance!

We rented the whole house for a week. Our daughter, son-in-law and two little ones (toddler & infant) used the upstairs unit. That gave them their own full kitchen; we all ended up eating breakfast up there. My husband and I, our other daughter & sig-other, used the downstairs. We all cooked our our other meals down there and ate elegantly with white tablecloth inside or casually at the table for 6 by the pool.
The owner is great; was there to give us our key and show us around when we arrived. Every morning she came early to clean the pool. She heated the pool if we were going to be using it (some days we were off on day trips).
We all loved the house, the privacy with the lovely gardens and tall palms around the pool area, and the short, easy walk to the beach. This area of the beach is really the nicest, wide with lots of soft sand. Everyone built sand castles.
I appreciated the nice dishes (ceramic for inside, plastic for outside), glassware, and plenty of cooking and baking pots and pans. We also appreciated that there was a basket of left-behind beach toys for the toddler to use.
This is a very special place! -

Our family ( 2 adults 2 kids) stayed here in July 2012. Not beachfront but very close within walking distance. Private pool surrounded by exotic plants. Made you feel like you where in your own tropical paradise. The condo was bigger than we expected and was well stocked with spices for grilling out and other items. This was our first time at this condo but will not be our last. The owner made us feel like family and was well inviting.

We stayed on the top floor of the house ,it was a delight ! Everything we could possibly want was there.swimming pool was lovely and alison worked hard everyday to make sure it was in tip top condition.we had a lovely balcony with room for table and chairs and the aircon was brilliant.The beautiful beach was two mins away and we were in walking distance to many good resturannts .All in all a very happy and comfortable stay .

Stayed here with 2 adults and 4 year old child. We had a blast!!! The suite is spacious and homey. The private backyard with pool was perfect - like our own spa. Minutes from beautiful beach and we even had a 'Shake Shop' within a 2 minute walk!! Alison DaSilva is a wonderful host - she was available when we needed her but we also had as much privacy as we wanted. Comfortable beds, furniture, etc. Kitchen had basics available. Would definitely recommend alison's wonderful place!!

Dasilva Suites is a wonderful place to stay. My husband's family had been going to Florida for over 20 years when I came into the family. It was tradition to go to Treasure Island every year so naturally I began the same tradition. Over the years we had 5 children which became part of the family tradition but one year our beach resort was sold and torn down that meant we would have to find another place to stay. I decided to go on the web and see what was out there. I was a little aprehensive but found this place and we decided to try it. It was part of my family, my sister inlaw and her family and my mother and father inlaw. We rented the whole thing for two weeks. I think this past summer was our 5th time staying here. The pool, the suites and the beach are just wonderful. Since some of our children now have families of their own we have even started with our grandchildren bringing them too. We are so glad we took the chance and have not regreted it one bit. Start your own family tradition and stay here, your family will thank you. I have even had some of our friends book their own vacation and stay and they loved it too.

We have stayed here several spring breaks. There are three units and depending on the number, it is perfect for an extended family, friends or just the two of you. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures and alison is the best hostess! The private pool is a plus. And private it is due to the lush foliage surrounding it. We can't wait to go back!

I have rented this same place for at least 10 years.We are always here in March.This is house is so perfect for a beach vacation.You have the private pool that feels very secluded and you are steps from the beach where they have cabanas and I have always loved that walk down towards Sunset Beach.plenty of very good places to eat close by.Full blown kitchen in the house.For the money that alison charges I guarantee you will rent the place a second time.I love this house.
