After 70 sun and fun filled days we sadly left Lands End to confront 3 days of hurricane like rain and blizzard like snow!! Oh how we miss Treasure Island!!We have already signed up for another 70 days for 2014. That says it all.Loved the new carpeting and 2 new HD TVs. As usual the Waterfront staff was great. Thank you for all you do to make vacation stays such a wonderful an aside someone should conduct a pro active review of the kitchen appliances, linens and the wireless router as they are a bit dated. While this year was not as warm as 2012 we still enjoyed every day,meal,walk,glass of wine and every sunset. Can't wait for 2014!!!!!

A beautiful weeks stay. Quietly positioned at the end of T.I. Very comfortable apartment overlooking the fabulous beach, a great place to stay, with a Publix and plenty of good restaurants close by. We'll be back!

We've been coming to the Gulf Coast for the last 6 years and we can honestly say this was the best accommodation we stayed in and the quietest. Top floor with ocean view was spectacular and the property was perfect. Would thoroughly recommend if you want a quiet vacation with great beach and non stop fine weather.

You cannot beat the view! This condo sits high enough up to see the entire beach, and you can open the doors and hear the waves. The images online make the beach seem further away than it is. Spectacular sunsets. The only thing that would improve the place is an HD TV or two, the ones here are pretty old, and there is only a VCR.
This part of the island is a pretty secluded and quiet, so it isn't as hectic as some nearby neighborhoods, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. This is an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. We didn't want to leave.Response from Waterfront Vacation Rentals - 07/18/2012

We had issue with ants. They were all over the kitchen, bathrooms and hallways. No one came out to fix the problem. Guest shower knob was broken and the shower door did not work poperly. Sofa in the living room was constantly sagging, very uncomfortable to sit. We loved the ocean view.

Overall the stay was nice. The water pressure for showing was not that great and there were some sugar ants in the kitchen daily. The condo was in a great location because it's in a quieter area on treasure island. The beach on treasure island in front of the condo was less desirable because of all the shells but they were not sharp. So some minor issues but nice overall.

Love the Lands End propery. The unit was decorated very well and was comfortable, the beds were great. The carpet either has to go or should at least be cleaned. There were a few nat like bugs in the kitchen which we killed. Other than that A Great Time, love the balcony, a great place to read. The boardwalk offers an excellent place to walk to get your miles in without the uneveness of the sand. Plus the kitchen is set up well and provided everything we needed. We will book at this unit again. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Had a wonderful time from our arrival on 2/1/2012 till our departure on 3/31 2011.The facility while built in the mid to late 80's was still a wonderful place to stay at. We met many great guests from all over the US as well as the wonderful folks from our Northern Neighbor. The pool was great the ocean was fantastic with the wate temp near 80F when we left.had great meals at many local restaurants. some of them that everyone should try are Caddys on the beach, Corinos in St pete beach, Middle Grounds, Conch Republic, Britts coal fired pizza!!!! Johns Pass Village is neat,the pizza at Delosa's is excellent, but avoid Kohrs Custard for at neary 6$ per cone it is a ripoff. Our unit # 405 in building 10 was very comfy and we felt at home from the first day. The unit could use more modern TV's. However the Gulf from our Veranda more than made up for the older TV's. We loved the place soooooo much that we have booked again for 2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The staff from Waterfront are outstanding, and special thanks tp Vronda, Linda(thanks for the grapefruit) and exrta special thanks to the lovely, charming, efficient, and talented Carrie.!!!! We look foward to seeing you all in 2013... Bill and Dianne
