Please note that we are fully booked for Feb and March 2014 and we require a 14 night minimum stay.
One look tells you why this is called Treasure Island! This is our second home that we like to call Dolphin Garden, and we have outfitted it for our (and your) vacation enjoyment.
Our non-smoking ground floor waterfront unit has its own private patio and is picture perfect! There is a brand new dock, it was just painted, has new furnishings, and is meticulously maintained! NO CAR REQUIRED! You couldn't ask for more in this location. Apart from the obvious swimming, fishing, sunset stroll on the beach and just relaxing by the water, there is a city park across the road with a picnic pavilion and exercise equipment, Publix (large grocery store) is half a block walk, and Treasure Island's charming restaurant and shopping area is just around the corner. The restaurants offer up fine dining to take-out pizza, laid back beach bars serving up local seafood, burgers, live music and panoramic sunset views are all within 2 short blocks. Lots of places to shop for beachwear and souvenirs too!
The nearest Public Golf course and tennis courts are .9 miles away (17 min walk), open year round. There are boat rentals, and Mini Golf nearby. If you're the adventurous type, you can try parasailing or jet skiing . John's Pass (1.9 miles), is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and is Pinellas County’s #1 tourist attraction. It has over 100 merchants, restaurants, dolphin watching tours and more. You can walk there in about 37 mins, take the Suncoast Beach Trolley (bus) in about 12 mins or drive your car in 4 mins. Don’t forget that trendy downtown St. Petersburg is also just a short drive away with its noteworthy museums, theater and professional sports, as well as many additional dining and shopping opportunities. If theme parks are your thing, Busch Gardens is 45 minutes away; Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios -- 1:45.

The minimum 14 night rental is a Condo Association rule and cannot be changed.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Please ask about young children (age 8 and under) before booking.
We do take credit cards or PayPal, but prefer checks.
For all credit cards, a 3.9% charge will apply. However, if you pay by check the fee will not be added.
A rental agreement will be mailed/emailed to you to sign and mail back, along with a damage/security deposit of $300.00 to secure your booking. Once your deposit and rental agreement are received, a receipt will be mailed back to you confirming your reservation.The total amount is due 45 days before your rental period begins.
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the $300 damage deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% if cancelled 45 days prior to the Check-in Date, less a $30 administrative charge.
0% if cancelled less than 45 days prior to the Check-in Date

I have stayed at this place several times and you will not be disappointed. When you first enter the bright condo you are greeted by a incredible vista of the canal, you can spend hours gazing at the crystalline water and feel the breeze gently drift of the canal bringing the smell of sea water and giving you a sense of pure relaxation. The inside home is warm and cozy with two large bedrooms and 2 washrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked and offers everything you need to cook a good meal. The living rooms is a great place to relax after a long day out in the Florida sun. The condo is in the best location in Treasure Island just second from the beach and the promise of another day of fun in the sun. There are many within a 5 minute walking distance and well as a large grocery store and pharmacy. There is a very nice park across the street. If you want a vacation you will never forget and will fill you with a sense of bliss, relaxation and fulfillment rent this condo and I promise you will never want to leave

My wife and I have come back every winter for 3 years and already booked for 2013 with the new owners. Love being right on the water. I dream of lounging on the patio most of the year. Great beach bars nearby and at John's Pass up the road. Probably the best beach I've ever seen a couple blocks away. Condo's very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and was renovated completely a few years back. No pool, but everything else I want is right here within a 5 minute walk.

We have stayed here for years. Well my In-Laws rent for the month of March and we join them for the last two weeks of their stay. This two bedroom/two bathroom, fully equipped Condo opens onto Boca Ciega Bay. Watch the sun rise in the morning right out the patio door over the bay and stroll a few minutes to cross over Gulf Blvd to watch the sun set.
Wi-fi, Local and Long Distance calling. Access to a Dock. Close to shopping (Publix), Restaurants and attractions (John's Pass & Gulf of Mexico).

My husband and I adored the effortless living. Everything from fresh fruit to a spice stocked kitchen was there to greet our arrival. The living space was so very clean and quaint, just lovely for a relaxing holiday. We loved the idea of walking to everything and anything that was needed. The lovely glass walk-out was a perfect way to enjoy some of our evenings with the dolphins, as they decided to entertain our happy hour.
We would love to spend many more weeks and months here in Treasure Island, because as far as I am concerned it is a treasure!
