1 bedroom, 1 bath waterfront condo/motel in Treasure Island located on Boca Ciega Bay, 2 blocks from beach. This 500+ sq. ft. 1st floor end unit has a full kitchen, king size bed, sleeper sofa, central A/C & heat, cable TV and WIFI. Relax and watch the dolphins and manatees from your patio or try your luck on the fishing dock boasting underwater lights to attract the big ones at night.. Enjoy the pool and shuffleboard and finish off your day with steaks on one of the charcoal grills. Deep water boat slip available for rent. Short walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants, shopping, grocery store, and banking.

How do damage deposits work?
