The condo is located in the heart of Treasure Island. Publix supermarket, Walgreens, Post Office is conveniently located a couple blocks away. Biking/ exercising trail right behind the resort. Restaurants, boat rides/ dolphin watch, fishing and shopping all available on the St. John's Pass boardwalk which is a couple min drive from the resort.
Local attractions include The Dali museum and the museum of Fine Arts which is located Downtown St. Petersburg about a 20 minute drive from the resort. The famous Busch Gardens and the Lowrey Park Zoo is about a 45 min to 1 hr drive in the beautiful Tampa. Also enjoy the fun boat rides that will take you to Shell Island, dolphin sight seeing, fishing or a fun Pirate ride.

The view was fantastic! The service/housekeeping staff were amazing! We were so impressed with the small things. Extra toilet paper. Soap dispensers, beach towels, and cleanliness of comforters and beds. You would think these things might be common in condos, but it's not. We have booked for next year already.

This condo didn't disappoint. The photos online matched the reality which is not always the case when you book online. The views of the beach and sunsets were breathtaking. The condo was clean and updated. The pool area was great and had nice lounge chairs and umbrellas. It was very convenient to have grills available on site. We used the balcony quite a bit and couldn't get enough of the view. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming from the front desk to the cleaning staff. It was a nice and quite place to stay.

The views were amazing, especially the sunsets. Our unit was perfect. Everyone on staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. We had a wonderful, relaxing week and hope to return next year for two weeks!

Big deck with patio doors off both the main room and master bedroom and overlooking the huge beach. The front desk was more than happy to help us with anything from directions to recommendations. The owner, Evelyn, communicated everything we needed again. This condo complex is clean and at a great location. Fantastic restaurants close by. We will be back!

We had a blast at Surf Beach on Treasure Island!! I was very impressed with the condo, it had everything you could want or need. The view was spectacular!! There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Ricky T's was a really good lunch spot, live music at night. Middle Grounds grill was really really good. John's Pass is just 2 miles away and had something for everyone. We took a deep sea fishing trip for $55, caught 13 fish, took them back and cooked them in the condo...Awesome!!!( didn't hurt we had the chef Ice Ice Johny with us). The Bardmoor golf and tennis club is a great golf course about 25 minutes away. $85 on the weekend, $70 during the week. All in all a great trip!!

Evelyn,The condo was great. We had a wonderful time. The sunsets were outstanding. The unit had everything we needed and was close to several restaurants and grocery shopping. The staff was so helpful and would do anything to help you. We hope to come back next year.

Lee's Summit, MissouriPerfect January Getaway...

We booked this property for the purpose of getting some much-needed downtime. The property was everything the owner represented it to be. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening from the balcony. The bed was corfortable and afforded me and my husband some much needed rest. Treasure Island is a great low-key escape. All the merchants were very friendly, as was the staff at the condo. We are looking for time to return and would definitely choose this property. It is not just for couples, though. There is a playground for young kids next door, and lots to do on the island (including building sand castles right outside your door). Our next trip will likely include our 4 and 8 year old.
