This two storied home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms can sleep 12 comfortably and is the place where beach holiday dreams come true. Upon arrival at Eiko's beach house, our first realisation was the fantastic location. This is perfect for everything you could need, being really close St Johns Pass (for shopping and leisure), and the beach right at the back of the garden! The house itself catered perfectly for a family holiday, with swimming pool, jacuzzi, large dining and kitchen space, outdoor benches and hammock. The kids were always entertained and at the end of the day, we could all have dinner while the sun set behind the beach. All in all, fantastic relaxing holiday and great climate during the Easter holidays (or spring break!). Loved the Jet-skiing!

This home was able to handle all 9 of us- 6 adults and 3 children with no problem. It is in a great location- within walking distance to John's Pass and privacy even though it is on the beach. The kids loved the pool and there were many toys to keep them busy. The 2 covered porches were particularly nice in the sun and the little rain we got. The deck furniture is lovely and comfortable. The house had many beds and couches with a fully stocked kitchen. A few things are a little worn and used, like the drain, pillows and barbeque. They were never bad enough to complain about but when asked we made the manager aware and she seemed eager to attend to these. We hope to come back and stay again with the family.

Hola, queria contarles lo lindo que la pasamos en Eiko Beach, la casa es muy comoda, eramos doce 6 adultos y 6 niños y nos acomodamos barbaro, tiene todo lo que necesites, estaba limpia, fresca y ordenada, en nuestra estadia fue el parquero y piletero, mantuvueron siempre en condiciones las instalaciones, la ubicacion es increible, al estar con niños nos resulto util, estar pegados a la playa, ya que ellos se manejaban libremente, entre yacussi pileta y playa, sin calles y sin transito de autos!. Esta cerca de un muelle muy pintoresco con barcitos, restos muy lindos y un pequeño down town y a metros de Madeira Beach. La playa es tranquila, el mar calido limpio y con pocas olas!! a la mañana desde el balcon de la casa veiamos los delfines nadando en el mar!!! El sol se esconde en el mar los atardeceres no te los podes perde!!Tenes supermercados cerca. Volveria Seguro a Eiko beach house. Gracias!!!

We have stayed at the Eiko house twice. It is very spacious. The pool and hot tub are a great bonus. The furniture is getting a bit worn, but for a beach place it works. Other than that, its a super place to stay with family. Very relaxing on the porch, great view of the beach. We will definately be returning with our family.

Our stay in Eiko Beach House was brilliant. Very comfortable and stylish house, excellently equipped, clean and beautifully prepared for our stay. There are great beach views from the dining room and porch and miles of gorgeous white sand beaches literally at the end of the garden. We took two children (11 and 15) and they loved the pool, the beach and local activities such as snorkelling and jet skis, as well as eating out. The weather was fabulous, especially coming from the gloomy and windy UK and we all found it really fun, relaxing holiday. Most evenings we just dined in and chilled because the house is so comfortable (the spa pool was a great success)but eating out is easy with plenty of restaurants within walking or a short driving distance. We would certainly recommend this - it's perfect for families and with plenty to keep everyone from small children right up to older teenagers happy, but would be equally fun with a party of adults/older family. I should add that the sunsets are among the best I've ever seen.

at the Eiko Beach House and we have never been disapointed.
