This charming cottage, one of a small cluster, has been skillfully converted from an old stone dairy and barn. It occupies a most pleasant position on the edge of Trefin village where you will find a pub and a craft shop/cafe. The open plan living space is comfortably and prettily furnished in keeping with the cottage theme and the exposed timber beams and stone fireplace add to the charm. French doors open out onto the large, lawned garden where children can play and a sunny patio is ideal for enjoying meals outside. Dairy Cottage is conveniently located for exploring this beautiful section of coastline with its hidden rocky coves and sandy... beaches. It is less than half a mile from Aberferlin cove and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, while the inlet of Abercastle lies in the opposite direction and here you can enjoy fresh catches landed by the local fishermen. A short drive away are several attractions including Strumble Head with bird observatory and lighthouse. Take a trip up the scenic Gwaun Valley or a visit to the tiny cathedral city of St Davids with its excellent shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants are a must. Dairy Cottage is highly recommended and the place for a peaceful holiday.Read more
