The apartment is in a great location right by the lake shore, in the heart of beautiful Tremezzo. Spectacular Villa Carlotta with ceiling-paintings and splendid botanical garden only a short walk away.
Everything is just around the corner. Bus stop and ferry dock, restaurants and cafés, pharmacy, post office, bank, news-agent, beauty treatments, local specialties and wine shop.
You really don’t need a car (but if you have one you can park it in the garage 100 meters behind the house). Rent a boat and enjoy the magnificent villas of Lake Como up close, go for a swim wherever you want.

Tremezzo has been a sought after destination for a long time. Guiseppe Verdi and Queen Victoria of England were some of many celebrities spending their holidays in Tremezzo.
In Tremezzo you can find many restaurants and cafés, two churches, a park, a pharmacy, shops and a ferry dock. One of Lake Como’s greatest attractions, Villa Carlotta, is in Tremezzo.
Tremezzo lis centrally located in Northern Italy. You can fly either to Milan Malpensa or Milan Linate. You can also fly to Bergamo Orio Al Serio with RyanAir.
Milan is just over one hour drive from Tremezzo. Trains go from Milano Centrale to Como San Giovanno, or from Milano Cadorna to Como Lago Nord. From Como you can catch a bus (C10) or a ferry to Tremezzo.
If you have a car, you can park it in the garage 100 meters behind the house.

Tremezzo has a perfect location. You are only few minutes away (by boat) from places like Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna with all the Villas in between. Also Tremezzo is a wonderful place with good apertivo and dinner. The best apertivo we had at Cantina Follie, with a fantastic Prosecco on the side. One of the best dinners we ever had were at al Veluu and the view can not be more beautiful (we went there twice Last the apartment is perfect: nice, clean, convinient and with a nice seaview. We will go there again!!!
