This stunning 950 square foot flat is located a few meters away from the wonderful Lake Bracciano and right in the middle of the charming "Borgo Antico". It literally takes a two minutes walk to get to the main square or place your towel on the beach. The old motto "Location is key" can't be more appropriate.
The entire flat was renowed in 2008 and decorated in a rustic country style.
The ground floor hosts a rustic tuscan fully-equipped kitchen. A romantic stone fireplace and a dining area complete this floor. The terracotta stairs connecting the kitchen to the living room are wide and not steep at all.

Treat yourself to a cozy break at this delicious 2 bedroom flat which places guests at the heart of the historical center of the charming village of Trevignano and within easy reach of many of the local attractions.
Trevignano is a fascinating village that offers a wealth of things to experience, and whether you are into relaxing on the clear waters of Lake Bracciano, practicing sailing/windsurf/canoeing, visiting the fabulous castle of Bracciano or simply tasting the local food and wines in the large variety of restaurants, you will find this flat makes the ideal base.
The flat is within walking distance from Lake Bracciano (50 meters), grocery stores, restaurants, ATMs, public transportation and cafe's. Additionally bicycles can be provided upon request.
There is no private parking coming with this flat. However, it normally isn't very hard to find a spot in the public parking right in front of the lake and few meters away from home.
The wonderful Castle of Bracciano (lately chosen by lots of Hollywood stars as their wedding location) is 10 km away. By driving the same distance, guests will have the chance to admire the charming "Borgo Antico" of Anguillara Sabazia.
The historical centre of the Eternal City (i.e. Rome) can be easily reached by driving 40 km (= 25 Miles). Alternatively, public transportation (train or shuttle are also available - please ask for details). The medieval city of Viterbo is also very close (25km = 15 miles). Other places worth visiting in the surroundings are:
- Calcata: a marvellous village uniquely located on the very verge of a sharp cliff
- the Etruscan ruins in Tarquinia and Cerveteri
- Lake Martignano
- Sutri: a medieval village also famous for the food festival known as "Sagra del Fagiolo"
For those into golf, a very nice club is located 15 km far from Trevignano.
