I rent for short periods, studio 36m2.
French bed (140cmx200cm), small kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning and tv. Very silence very quiet a small jewel. Free Wi-Fi.
Perfect state of the apartment.

Our stay at the Marco Polo appartment was excellent.
Gianni (the owner) was very helpful and kind.
The appartment we stayed in exceeded our exptectations. It's a small and simple but comfortable appartment. It was clean, there was everything we needed: the kitchen has all the cooking equipment that you'll need during your stay (pans, oven, coffee maker, cutlery, plates etc.), the tv works, there is wifi, a washing machine, towels, sheets etc.
The appartment is close to two supermarkets and a very nice tipical italian pizzeria. There where enough busses taking you to the centre (in about 5 minutes), walking was not a problem for us, it takes about half an hour.
Trieste is a beautiful city, it has a rocky coastline but you can swim. Also there are a lot of shuttle boats wich can take you to small towns or other beaches near Trieste. In Trieste you can also visit the castle or caves, musea, and nice restaurants and bars etc.

I was visiting Triest for a scientific mission and needed an appartment for a month in the November/December period. The apartment Marco Polo was an excelent choice. It was very comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed for the stay. It was located in a quiet district, close to bars and supermarkets.
The apartment was also equiped with fast Internet.
I can recommend the apartment Marco Polo to everyone. If I will ever have the opportunity to repeat my vist in Trieste I will surely choose Marco Polo again.
