Lovely Beach Cottage with Ocean Views & deck on quiet street. Gas stove (if needed), comfy living room and warm and friendly bedrooms. Located in the small town of Trinidad and just a short walk to beaches (just feet from Parker Creek Beach Trail), shopping, parks, etc. You'll love sitting out on the deck with friends and family, having a barbeque, or relaxing inside. My husband and I took my elderly (88 & 91 yo) parents with us and stayed in the main house. The view was wonderful from the front deck. We were able to walk to dinner at the Eatery in town and to the store to shop. The kitchen was complete, even a crockpot, coffeemaker, microwave,and toaster oven. The house was very cute with lots of homey touches to look at. We have already recommended it to others.

Trinidad is a most beautiful village on the northern California coast, surrounded by the redwood forests. The Bay, the ocean, the drives and walks through the gigantic redwoods were a perfect place to enjoy the beauties of God's creation.
And to have a lovely, homey cottage to return to in the evenings made the week especially wonderful! The deck affords a great view of the bay, and is a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee. The cottage has a comfortable feel, and provides all the amenities that make for a memorable vacation. hope to return soon--and often!

I have lived in Trinidad over ten years. My husband's family wanted to come for a visit. We arranged with a visit through Redwood Coast and everything went perfectly. Mike and Hope run a fabulous operation. Accurate, pleasant, prompt and beautifully spotless accommodations. I couldn't have been more pleased and will rent with them again. Highly recommended.

Office staff was helpful when I called in advaced to clarify receipt of contract. Some directions about the heating would have been helpful.

The cottage was comfy, if a bit dated. I stayed there with my parents for two nights, and it suited our needs. The bedrooms are small, and could use new bedding. Also, the bed in the guest room, which is a single, was soft and lumpy and needs replacing. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was great. Again, the furniture, including in the living room, was a bit worn, and could use replacing. It was nice to be able to walk right to the beach, and also to breakfast, and even to a tasting room, one block away.
