5 Cottages available - four located on 3+ acres around three waterfalls and HUGE pond, one nestled next to the forested area and running creek. Several beaches are near, the closest right across the road at Patrick's Point State Park and with a short walk through the dense forest, wildflower meadows of the park you will have a beautiful view of a Pacific Ocean sunset. Agate beach and the Sumeg Indian Village is also in Patrick's Point State Park and the Tsurai Indian Village nearby. The Redwood National Forest is just a few minutes away. This is a bird watching Mecca with over 400 species in the area .

Finished in early 2012, the cottages were built around a beautiful Zen-like waterfall that cascades into a peaceful pond. The full kitchens include black granite counter tops, built-in microwave ovens, glass-top cooking with self-cleaning ovens and full-sized refrigerator, except for the ADA Unit which has an under-the-counter refrigerator. A beautiful "bed and breakfast", built-in fireplace, all wood floors, premium queen-sized beds with memory foam mattresses, TVs and free wireless internet will leave you with a feeling of luxury while enjoying the "real world".

  Easter weekend, tired, wound up spouses in much need of a getaway to rest, restore and re-connect. Well, we achieved all 3 of those and through in a sprinkle of laughter and silliness!!!
  Cabin #5 was charming and quaint! Comfortable and clean. Just right for 2 people. Very quite, with the exception of the croaking frogs in the pond! Loved the harmony! The rain on the metal roof was also an added sweetness.
  Marke was very accommodating and helpful.
  Walked to the state park, hiked and searched for the biggest aggate yet to be discovered...no luck. However the afternoon was great.
  This is a terrific location for a getaway.

  We'd never been to the coast before, and had no idea of what Patrick's Point was like. Just knew we wanted to rent a couple of mountain bikes and go through the Redwood forest... A lady from the bike rental told us about Golden Eagle, saying it was brand new. We loved it.
  High end all the way around. Beautifully done. Perfectly quiet, as Patrick's Point is wooded and serene. This is off the little side road that has lots of cottages, but you feel like you're quite isolated and at peace.
  Marke has created a gentle, lovely waterfall that splashes and gurgles. Sip the wine from expensive crystal provided in your cottage--no funky thick glasses here! Mark had set out a bottle of Smoking Loon Pinot, then he heard I drank white, so he made a special trip out to get a Parducci Chard. All generously gifted to us, along with a bouquet of roses from his garden.
  After our bike ride on the second day, Geoff had to rescue this girl in a car accident on the Redwood Hwy. He got cut up and muddy in this swamp, trying to help her get out after her car flipped in front of ours. We got back, and Marke was there working on the pond. He offered to wash out the muddy clothes and shoes in the main house for us. Without that help, I would have spent half the day at the laundrymat about half an hour away. Marke is such a kind and generous inn keeper.
  Our choice in staying here was just right. Such a memorable experience, and so relaxing (except for the hwy accident adrenaline).
