I recently spent 10 days in the apartment with my girlfriend.
For a small fee Marijana's mum was able to both pick us up from the airport and at the end of the stay take us back which was a great help and removed any of the stress associated with getting to the apartment on arrival.
The apartment was great, very spacious with great facilities and finished very well. When on holiday we like to have the option to eat in on an evening if we don't fancy going out to eat, the apartment allowed us to do this with a good oven, a fridge/freezer to store any ingredients in and plenty of pots, pans and utensils to cook with.
Another note about the apartment which may be useful for those looking to use it in future is that both the CD player and the TV have USB ports so if you have a data pen you could take music and films/ tv programmes along with you, if not, you could just watch lots of Croatian pop music on tv instead like I did.
The apartment has a balcony which is a very useful space with good seats and a table. The views on the photos don't do it justice, although above the car park the views to the sea, Trogir and the mountains is great. The balcony gets the sun in the afternoon and evening.
The apartment is located at the top of a steep hill, down 1 side is Trogir, a beautiful town with plenty of cheap restaurants and down the otherside you will find plenty of great beaches. The sea is very calm and the beach is pebbly, well worth taking some sea shoes along as we did.
Opposite Okrug beach there are a number of small supermarkets which were really useful, its a slightly longer walk to these shops than the closest shop tot he apartment but well worth it for the wider choices you get.
Marijana and her mum were both great hosts and gave us all the help we needed, answering any questions we had and making us feel very welcome.
I would highly recommend it and we may return in the future.

The best expression to describe both Marijana and her Mum's service was absolutely professional. Marijana e-mailed me regularly from the very beginning, giving all the necessary details and advice, while her Mum, Mirjana, showed me round upon arrival and kept in touch every time it was necessary, not interfering in any way at the same time.
The apartment is spacious, extremely comfortable and very close to the centre of Trogir. It's located on a hill so a bit of extreme walking needs to be done but that's great exercise after a day on the beach, not to mention the beautiful view you have when you get there.
One day we also went on a day boat trip to Split, which is a beatiful city with many narrow streets where you can find shops, cafes and admire the architecture.
I can definitely reccommend this apartment to everyone as me and my family spent a truly relaxing holiday in Trogir.
The apartment is very nice and modern. is very central to the old town and beach and has a beautiful view to both. However, one must be very athletic. for older people with leg problems or that it is not suitable. and you should not drive a sports car. the hostess which was very nice and helpful. once again thank you. little tip yet! Roads are very narrow! lot of patience if you want to out of town over the bridge. always busy. best rent a scooter.

Marijana is the best owner you can find! She is kind, helpfull and she doesn't offer only an appartment she offers a complete holiday package! The apartment is located at the first floor of the building with a beautiful balcony, every morning we had breakfast there, admiring Trogir and the sea.
The bathroom is very comfortable with all you can need (phon...towels...soap)
If you prefer reach a beach without scooter or car, only 10 minutes walking from the apartment...fantastic seaside! Read more

If you are thinking on visit Trogir and the surroundings (including Krka National Park, Split and Sibenik), this is a good choice. Marijana is very kind and her apartment is very confortable. It is located at 5 minutes walking from the center of Trogir, on the top of a hill, and it offers priceless views of the town. The apartment is new and stylish, and it fits perfectly well for 4 people. In addition it includes parking, a thing you will need in case you are traveling by car. Read more

What more can I say? Our week here flew by; the apartment is immaculate and perfect for us as a family with 2 small children. The bathroom is well equipped with its washing machine. The kitchen has everything you need, and the dining area is really spacious. The pull-out bed was more than big enough for both the children and they had plenty of room to play. We spent our late evenings on the balcony, which is really safe. It has great views over the town and the sun doesn't come around till late afternoon so you can sit out most of the day too.
Its close enough to the beach and the town and Marijana recommended some great trips and places to visit. She couldn't have been more helpful. We could definitely visit again. Thanks ? Read more

We stayed in Marijana's apartment in Trogir for a week in august 2012 and have to say that we had a great time. Trogir is beautiful historical city and there's a lot to see and do around. It simply has the whole package: beautiful nature, cristal clear sea and very nice people! We were very impressed with the apartment which was really beautiful, fully equiped and very clean. Despite it is on the top of the hill the location is perfect as it's just a few minutes walk to the beach as well as to the city centre. No need to drive anywhere! Marijana was very helpful and she made our stay in Trogir an unforgettable holiday. She gave us many tips on restaurants and beaches that we wouldn't discover without her help. We absolutely love Duga beach on Ciovo island and restaurant Tragos serving Dalmatian specialities and great Croatian wine! We would love to come again. It was a perfect holiday with my friends. Thank you for everything! Read more

With our recent visit to Trogir, we stayed at Marijana's apartment. We had a wonderful time and a very pleasant stay. The apartment is well equipped, and Marijana went out of her way to make our stay a experience to remember. The apartment is on a hill and it is about 5 minute's walk to Trogir old town. There is also a supermarket about 7 minutes walk to the beach's side. I will certainly recommend this apartment to future guests. Read more

Stayed here in July 2011 with a few friends (4 people). We booked our accommodation with the owner (Marijana) and we were very pleased once we arrived in the apartment.
The apartment is located on the island Ciovo, on top of a hill (which I wasn't too happy about when we arrived), and you have a
5 minute walk to the old town of Trogir (Unesco protected) as well as a 8 min walk to the famous "Okrug beach".
No need to drive anywhere!
After my first day in Trogir, I must admit I was veeery happy with our accommodation location.
The apartment has a master bedroom and a large pull out couch in the living room. All 4 of us slept like babies.
Everything was spotlessly clean and brand new. I loved how the kitchen was fully equipped!
The place has a beautiful balcony with a sea view and a partial view of the old town.
Great value for your money!
Marijana (the owner) was very helpful and friendly, that she gave us so many useful tips.I remember how we got a free round of drinks in an amazing restaurant just because we mentioned we were Marijana's guests. We felt pretty special :)))
The private lounge bar she recommended was very impressive. We had to drive about 10 min from our
accommodation to the private lounge bar and once we arrived there, we were completely amazed.
This place is on the far back side of the island (a private area) and it's the nicest open lounge bar I've seen during my entire stay in Croatia. They even had stand - up (american) comedy night there one evening...we felt right at home!
Apart from lounging around and eating great food, Marijana helped us rent scooters and gave us great daily excursion tips. We soon realised that Trogir was a great base when exploring beautiful Dalmatia.
I speak for all 4 of us, when I say: Trogir is a must see!
Thank you for giving us a memorable experience, and you can expect to hear from our frends who will be visiting Trogir in summer of 2012. :) Read more

I chose Croatia for my summer vacation in June 2011. I visited all the well known cities like: Zadar, Split, Dubrovnik and Hvar island...but I must admit, my favourite place was a little town called Trogir.
Me and my boyfriend wandered around Trogir for a while and decided to give it a chance.Once we met Marijana (the owner), we knew we met the right person in town. She was so friendly and well informed, that we decided to stay for a week. Her apartment is beautiful, modern and very clean. I have to say it was the best accommodation we've been in, during our entire stay in Croatia.
She recommended a gorgeous private lounge bar (that barely any of the locals knew about) and once we mentioned her name at the gate (she knows the owner)...we were in heaven! This place is sooo beautiful and enchanting that we kept coming back every single day. She also recommended a few restaurants that we loved.
She knows all the best places and told us to use her name in all of them...we had first class service everywhere we went.
We visited other places in Croatia...but nothing compares to Trogir!
Thank you Marijana, for giving us the best vacation ever!
We will definately be back... :) Read more
