Description

Our apartment is placed at ground floor of house in the quiet neighborhood, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation, away from city noise, but still 10 minutes walking time from old city of Trogir and 15 minutes walking time to the nearest beach.

The house position is ideal for avoiding traffic jams during the high season.
If you choose to be our guests, you can enjoy in the nature flavour of Dalmatia and you can feel the nature like being part of it while you drink lemonade from our lemon trees.
Distance to bus station is about 800m, and there is a regular (every 20 minutes) connection to the airport which is 4 kilometers away. The same bus goes to Split, Dalmatia's largest city.

We offer one romantic and traditional Dalmatian apartment. Apartment is air-conditioned, and fully equipped with 55 sq. meters of functional living space, equipped with one bedroom, living room, kitchen, dinning room, bathroom and shaded terrace surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation.
Apartment is new, renovated from 2014. season.

If you are planning your summer vacation in Trogir, Croatia and want to explore its rich cultural heritage or want to swim on the beautiful pebbles beach, and if you are looking for a spacious and luxurious vacation facility with the atmosphere of your own home, you have come to the right place.

Location:

Near Trogir center, 900 m from old city of Trogir (10 minutes walking time) where most of the grocery shops, banks, restaurants, cafes and fish/vegetables market are located. Nearest pebble beach is 1,5 km away (15 minutes walking time).

Accommodation:

Apartment with one bedroom for two persons with king-size bed and one extendable living room sofa for two persons, shower, toilet, kitchen with dinning room, living room and shaded terrace.
Free shaded parking for 2 cars.

Leisure amenities:

Satellite TV with more than 100 international programs, radio, free high-speed wireless internet connection, large sofa in the living room, armchairs setting at the terrace, air-conditioning system.

Kitchen amenities:

Fully functional kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven and electric stove, dining table for 4 persons, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils.

Living amenities & bathrooms:

Shower, washing machine, bed linen for all beds (changeable frequently on request), large supply of bathroom towels, bathroom & cleaning utensils, deposit box and first aid medical kit.
