If you are looking for a place to rest, you've just found it here – totally different from where you live. Here, a bird concerto will lullaby you to sleep, a nightingale bel canto will wake you in the morning; you will learn the difference between the call of little owl and the whistle of blackbird; if you take a short mountain trek you will see eagles nesting up in the mountain peaks.

The azure of the Kaštela Bay will enter your room and rest on your eyes as soon as you open them in the morning while still in bed. And when you come out of the house, no, you will not step on the packed avenue, but on the green grass of the lawn and g...arden and pick your tomato (and water it in the evening if you wish), cut some parsley or check olive trees and their fruit that will be processed into that divine oil you found in the kitchen.

You can take a walk in the shade of 400 olive, almond and oak trees. You morning aperitif – grape brandy, herb-flavoured brandy, walnut brandy, plum-brandy or a premium wine – will not be served by a bartender in a cocktail lounge where you only just managed to find the parking place. You can take it yourself from the wine cellar, enjoy it under your pine tree and listen to a goldfinch singing from above ....

  Me and my family had a really wonderful holiday time on this property, this was definitely one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to. We loved everything about it! House is beautiful and completely new, has very interesting and classy interior design, with special attention for the details, and the nature surrounding is just fantastic, everything is green and spacious. Property is very big, surrounded by beautiful olive tree garden, and the view on the sea and islands is just breath taking. We liked that house is kind of isolated because there is only one neighbor near, so we had total privacy, and could enjoy peace and quiet, but still very close to Split and Trogir, two beautiful very old towns you can reach by car in 15 minutes. Beautiful beaches are also very near, although my children spent most of time in the pool and plying on the specially designed children playground. Hosts were very kind and serviceable, they helped us organize trip to Plitvicka Jezera - national park near to this area, and they were taking care of everything, pool garden, etc.. We are definitely going to rent it next year!
