Casa Viva provides the most PRIVACY with only 3 Casitas (rooms) on 80 meters of beach front lot. The rooms are ecologically friendly with solar thermal water, edible landscape (papayas, pineapples, bananas, purslane, nopalitos and more) and grey water and black water management systems.

Casa Viva is located in Troncones, about a mile north of the "T", we are on a private bay between the main Troncones Beach and Manzanillo Bay. This bay is protected by rocks on either side, limiting foot traffic and providing a more private experience for our guest while giving you easy access to both Troncones and Manzanillo.
